When summer hits and you need to get away to the beach for some sunshine, Little Paua is ideal! Only 100m direct stroll to the beach and large north-facing deck for all day sun. Then when you need a break from the warm summer temperatures, air conditioning is on hand to keep everyone cool indoors. And after a day spent down on the beach, just 100m from your front door, wash off the sand and sea under the outdoor shower!

Amazing spot and wonderfully appointed
This place had everything you could ever need in terms of accomodation, all mod cons, massive open plan living with a huge sun drenched deck and lawn. The outlook was lovely over the reserve which you can cut through to get to the beach in less than 5 minutes.
Our toddler loved plodding about outside and mastered the deck stairs pretty fast. The section is mostly fenced other than the driveway so pretty easy to keep things contained.
I could go on and on, needless to say we are definitely keen to visit this wonderful place again.
