We invite you to make JJ's your "home away from home". As general contractors for the Pioneer Woman Mercantile and the Drummond Ranch Lodge-Terry and Jerry wanted to complete your "experience" with a great place to stay! If you are an avid fan of Pioneer Woman you have probably met them on your own television. Come kick your shoes off and stay awhile-in Pawhuska, Oklahoma where “The SMILES are ALWAYS FREE.” This historical home was built in 1925 and has been completely updated while maintaining the "old world" charm. Over 1500 sq. feet of living space that includes large rooms, high ceilings and alot of windows providing natural light. No need to climb stairs and haul belongings a distance-Park at the back door under covered parking. Very quiet neighborhood with great outdoor space to enjoy a quiet evening. We pride ourselves on providing a sparkling clean, quiet, comfortable place for your stay. Great for a family, girls trips, business or just a "night away." I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Entire house including fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and off-street covered parking. Only one step up to house with walk-in shower. We are available to meet your needs and will be glad to assist in any way possible. We do offer self check-in, so you may arrive at your convenience. Located in the "Heart of Pawhuska and the Osage" within close proximity to area attractions. Less than 2 miles from downtown and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Great location with easy access to all of the area attractions by vehicle. There is a very steep hill from downtown to house that would be a challenge for most people to walk. We are flexible on check-in and check-out times. Let us know what your needs are and we will do our best to accommodate-based on occupancy. Property was very nice, and within a short distance to all major attractions. We especially liked the rear deck and sat out there for hours in the evening. The parking was very nice. I have a mid size car and easily navigated into the space under the carport. We would stay again if we get up that way.

Wonderful house in Pawhuska
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pawhuska. The house exceeded our expectations. Large kitchen, livingroom with comfy chairs, comfy beds. The listing says 1+ bathrooms but it has one large bathroom. The shower floor is slippery, but Michelle quickly delivered a shower mat. Michele was super helpful and a great communicator.

This is the most comfortable house I have ever stayed in. Usually you’re lucky to get a recliner in a VRBO, let alone 5. 3 recliners and 2 on the couch! We were all able to put our feet up after a great day of shopping. The beds were all very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

A very nice place.
The home was clean with good character. It was a few minutes drive to the Mercantile which was very convenient. The manager of the property was attentive, pleasant and personable and made contact a few times to make sure everything was going well.

Quiet little place near downtown
Exceptionally clean, well-appointed two bedroom house in a quiet area, but near downtown. The check in process was seamless and the owner was very good at communication. The only note I have is that it is listed as a 1.5 bathroom place. There is only one bathroom. There is a laundry room with a sink, but that's not a half bathroom. Still a great stay and I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this house and the area. The house sat on a quiet street. It was well-stocked with coffee and cold water in the fridge for us. I especially loved the slow pace of Pawhuska and was a welcomed break from reality. I have stayed in many vrbo locations in different towns and this was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, including my own bed. (One night I even walked into the door frame from being out of sorts from sleeping so sound. That is a huge compliment to the bed and the darkness of the bedroom.) I love the age of the house along with all the updates. Old home charm. You cannot beat the location to downtown. During a long wait time to eat at The Merc, we were able to come back to the house to rest and then return in plenty of time. I cannot say enough good things about this home. If you are looking for a great escape, this is the house.
