Lakefront studio with stunning lakeview. Unlimited use of kayak and paddle boards, newly renovated with full kitchen.
The space
Lakefront studio located 2 minutes from Peachland BC. Includes unlimited use of paddle boards/kayak. Property is sloped with several Cliffs and a trail leading down to the water. Please use proper footwear and stay on the trails at all times. There is large area with synthetic turf and a dock for lake access. Please no diving off the dock as the water is fairly shallow in some spots.
Guest access
Guest have unlimited access to semi-private waterfront area with dock and ladder to access the water. There is no sandy beach but there is a large Synthetic Turf area with propane fire pit, chairs, etc.
Other things to note
The trail leading down to the water is 120 ft elevation change and takes about 3 to 4 minutes each direction. A couple sections are a little steep and proper hiking footwear is recommended although not needed.
