Rendezvous in Paradise
We chose the Pebble Beach Sea Manor because we were looking for a special setting for a rendezvous with our daughter and friends. The home accommodated our group well by design, it was clean and the architecture was interesting. For cooking, plan to bring all ingredients and packaging necessities. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home including the wild birds and even the little bobcat living just outside in the natural setting.

Beautiful home- great location.
My husband was in a golf tournament at pebble beach, and this was 3 minutes from there. Beautiful view from every angle, we enjoyed seeing the wild life in the yard as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice as well. Very short drive to downtown Carmel. There were only 2 downsides- 1. The master upstairs was hot. But they provided 2 fans that helped. 2. The rug in the living room shed a ton, and got all over our clothes. I think that’s an easy fix. :).

We loved the location and views. The kitchen needs to be updated and provide more basics for cooking/baking, including a new refrigerator. Doors and windows had some issues, which may be typical for an older home along the coast, but should have basic service to be able to open them. We provided a list of feedback and suggestions for future enhancements and think that a good maintenance service will resolve some of the issues, including the air conditioning, drains, lights, and ants. A house guide/binder would be helpful with basic tips, how tos, and background. Thank you!

Nice stay
Kitchen needs better cooking equipment. Refrigerator had a small leak. Twin beds were uncomfortable. Hot tub was awesome and the view was beautiful. Master bedroom and other beds were very comfortable.
