Large first floor terraces from the Dining & Kitchen area with access down to the pool and garden. Lovely place to sit and watch the sunset over the sea. Large barbecue area for al fresco dining situated to the side of the pool. All 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. 3 Bedrooms all with Pool, Garden and Sea Views. Lovely peaceful location on a quiet cul de sac and safe with the property being full enclosed .Furnished to a high standard throughout with TV, WiFi & stellite tv. Spacious modern kitchen with everything you would expect. We live locally so on hand for any queries. We have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Well-located villa at bottom end of cut-de-sac. Great views over towards Coral Bay and back inland. Easy to walk into Old Peyia, though car hire essential for getting about. Feel very fortunate to have found ourselves swimming with a turtle one morning, and had a great day driving an off-road buggy.

Fantastic location
Lovely and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. Amazing views of Coral Bay. Communication with Lisa was excellent, and we had everything we needed to cook and chill out at the villa, and lots of helpful ideas for amazing restaurants nearby. Our favourite was Porto Antico!

Great views, loads of room and all the plates and cutlery you would ever need. It was nice and quiet and our Grandson loved the pool. It was too far to walk to the local restaurants so a car is essential Overall, we all had a great time.

After a nightmare holiday in Cyprus in 2022 At a different Villa, where we were robbed and the standard of the villa was poor at best, we were very nervous about going back, but we decided to try again, as we did like Cyprus in the whole and didn’t want to let that experience stop us. After searching we found this Villa in Peyia, which we immediately liked and decided to book. This time the communication with Lisa was excellent from the beginning to the end. Even helping when we realised that we had not booked a late check out and would have been “homeless” for an entire day. Not only did Lisa point this out but she stepped in and arranged for a day rental for us. The Villa was very clean and everything in very good working condition (no ovens falling out of the kitchen units this time…), the beds are clean and comfortable, and the AC worked well in each room, the showers are strong and certainly hot. The BBQ and pool area are very good, and the pool was cleaned on a regular basis, as with all villas we had to sweep it out for leaves and bugs everyday but this it to be expected in a private rent. The garden is well kept and there was room for all 6 of us. The large bonus is the stunning views out of the villa overlooking the bay, both through the day and night, it just gave a nice backdrop to a very enjoyable and chilled holiday, to the point that we are considering rebooking for next year.

Just spent 2 wonderful weeks in Villa Zalakia! Villa was clean and welcoming, the view was stunning. I spent many mornings drinking my coffee watching the sun rise on that view and many evenings watching the sunset. Didn't venture too far from the pool, there was a heatwave! Definitely needed the car, only managed 2 walks, far too hot. We will be back. Thank you Lisa & Felix!

Lovely villa. Beautiful views overlooking Coral Bay. Plenty of space within the propoerty. Lisa & Felix very helpful. Essential amenities available. Perfect for couples. Outside space limited by the pool with no where around the pool to sit or sunbath. Overpopulated with flowers and greenery which brings many insects such as spiders, ants and wasps. Was stung a few times. Also everyday the pool is full of insects and leafs. Location of the villa is high in the montains which as mentioned gives great views however as a consequence, get a lot of cloud coverage. Finding the villa using a satnav is simple and once you do the trip up from Coral Bay, your remember for next time. Car is required. Beds and sofa are very low and are in need of updating as the matress is fin and springs are coming through and sofa padding is thin but is ok. Safety and security of the property is great. Property is surrounded by neighbours and has locks on every door so you never feel unsafe. Local food is cheap but is ok however would suggest driving down to Coral bay to the good restaurants. Overal the villa is good but ideally for a couple, not a young family. Garden needs addressing and some new furniture but would recommend this if your looking for the above points.

Great time
A great, spacious Villa with lovely views across Peyia, Coral Bay and on towards Paphos. The pool is a good size with privacy afforded to you by both the Villa location and the plants /bushes providing a natural screen to the Villa next door. The Villa itself was very clean on arrival and we appreciated the complimentary water, bread etc left for us. Like many villas in upper Peyia a car is required although you can walk to some of the nearer restaurants. Thanks to Lisa for allowing us to stay a bit longer on our final day. Can highly recommend this Villa and also the service provided by Lisa & Felix.

Absolutely incredible
Ok firstly Lisa and Felix are amazing! They were so lovely when we got a little lost on the way. The villa is beautiful clean and so spacious. It has everything you need for an amazing holiday. The view I have absolutely no words for. It’s simply breathtaking and we spent many an evening watching the sunset on the balcony. The little care package was a lovely thought and all the recommendations in the book they left were ever so amazing. Top tip for anyone who is going to Cyprus for the first time. Don’t eat for the whole day because the dinners are HUGE lol. Thank you so so so much guys for giving us an opportunity to stay at your villa we will definitely be back!

This gorgeous villa has an abundance of space, large bedrooms on the ground floor that all lead out to the large pool and stunning flowering garden & open plan living on the first floor with views that can only be described as breath taking. Very clean & modern and had clearly had a recent paint job throughout. A few minor maintenance issues were bought to the hosts attention but they were dealt with promptly and didn't interfere with our stay whatsoever. The welcome pack of Bread, milk, Ham, cheese etc was a welcome delight, as was the villa and surrounding area information folder. 100% recommend a car as the villa is in a quiet hillside cul de sac. Lisa recommended u2carhire, and they supplied a lovely little fiesta plus a meet and greet service at the airport and took us to the villa. From start to finish everything about this villa and the hosts Lisa & Felix was absolutely amazing, I would recommend it in a heartbeat and will undoubtedly return. Best Villa we have stayed in
We have been coming to Peyia for the past 10 years and this is by far the best Villa. The views are outstanding. The pool is totally private which our grandson made full use of. The villa was exceptionally well equipped and spotless . The lights being put on and the welcome pack on arrival are just the small touches that make all the difference. We will most definitely be booking again Lisa you havnt seen the last of us

Return visit to this villa and it didn't disapoint. Most suberb sea and mountain views and panoramic view over all of Coral Bay. Great pool and plenty of outdoor beds and seating. Villa facilities good and everything worked well. Great communication with Lisa and Felix. Will deninatly be returning.

Lovely property, exactly as pictured and with all the modern conveniences. Property manager Lisa was very responsive to queries and welcome pack was more than ample and very much appreciated. Lisa also arranged our return Covid testing which went really smoothly and took the pressure off us. Views from the property over Peyia and Coral Bay were breathtaking. Our favourite dining spots were Sea Caves restaurant and Oniro restaurant because in both, the food was fantastic and came with sea views. Although Peyia is really close, we assumed we could walk there but the walk entails a lot of very steep hills and even in the evening it was really hard work. It was only a minute away in the car though and the restaurants were great and very reasonable, especially Peyia Tavern. Hoped to return next year but already fully booked.

Lovely villa in great position
We were very pleased with this villa. Very private with lovely views. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The pool was wonderful and very good size. All questions answered quickly and any little issues deal with excellently. For the price I think this villa is a excellent choice .

I don't often write reviews, but feel compelled to do so on this occasion. Because of our late arrival to the villa, my wife and I much appreciated the fact that there was milk, bread and jam etc in the fridge for us. The hob issue was corrected quickly (I didn't realise there were two fuse boxes and the fuse had tripped) But from now on it was all down hill. The property is listed as "brand new" it certainly isn't. The en suite bathroom looks shabby and there is mould on the runners of the shower doors. The out side furniture is weathered umbrellas ripped and the BBQ area is a joke. The pool was never cleaned while we stayed there even though you say it was. The only cleaning was by myself netting the leaves and insects out of it each day. Do you know what pool sanitation is? it is the process of ensuring healthy conditions in swimming pools, to prevent waterborne diseases. But my main issue is my wife and I were accused of removing the TV from the property!!!! I don't know if you think we had smashed it up on wild night or maybe you thought we wrere short of a few Euros and had sold it? If it is the quality of the rest of the furniture a few Eoros is probably what you would get for it. As I explained to you Felix on the phone before you hung up on me, that the TV was NOT there on our arrival. We didn't think much about it because my wife and I don't go to Cyprus to watch TV. I then called you Felix numerous occasions for you not to answer. I then text you and got no response regards the TV issue. I can only guess from the lack of response, that the TV mystery has been solved!! On the whole Lisa and Felix this matter was handled very unprofessionally and has left a very sour taste to our holiday. Regards Mr & Mrs. Amey

Lovely Villa & Pool
This is a lovely villa in a peaceful area with beautiful views. Would have given 5 stars if not for a few gripes! A plug socket in the master bedroom is broken and dangerous for anyone going with small children, likewise the tv was delicately balanced on an improvised stand which would topple easily with children running around. One bedside lamp in the other double room had the wrong plug on it and someone had obviously tried to bend it to fit. several of the windows had greasy handprints on. There is a lack of mirrors, none in bedrooms so difficult drying hair. some floors were poorly cleaned with rubbish under cupboards and dirty floor outside under small table. We had a blocked toilet which Felix came to fix very quickly, he used a mop to unblock and said he'd bring a new one but didn't. We washed the mats in the bathroom and bedroom as they were a bit grubby. However we still had a great holiday and loved the area and space of the villa, the pool was beautiful. Lisa cooked us a lovely meal for when we arrived which was much appreciated and left us a welcome pack to keep us going until we shopped.
