Not the best this time
We have stayed here before but not sure what happenned this time. We stay here because we do business every quarter and need a stay for at least a week. The counter person was not very please that we booked using hotels.com and couldn't find the reservation that we actually reserved two days ahead. We didn't get our beds changed until about 3 days later and breakfast was not the best. As a business owner we would need to find a better more confortable option for the physical work we do everyday so we need to have a good night sleep, good breakfast and excellent service. Maybe the Christmas season was not the best for them.
