The first-floor entry welcomes you with an open floorplan and large lake facing picture windows. The cool blue waves of Keuka Lake will have you mesmerized within a moments time. The perfect blend of warm and cool neutral, decorative tones are scattered about the open floor plan.

Tall cabinets accentuate the height of the kitchen walls while the deep granite counter tops offer ample space for prepping meals. A beautiful wooden dining table overlooks the lake and makes you feel as though you’re dining alfresco. The formal living area continues these same lake views and adds the warmth of a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings.

Throughout the house, four bedrooms designed with relaxation and comfort have been styled for your vacation pleasure. Choose the bedroom perfect for you and rest up while staying at your new “home away from home.”

Beautiful lake house
We were a group of cousins, in our 60’s and 70’s, some were never in the Finger Lakes. We all fell in love with this house ! We had plenty of room. It was fun visiting the wineries and breweries, then we came back and cooked dinner . I booked this house and they all thanked me for finding it ! It was very clean and well stocked. Would love to come back some day , thank you !

Excellent location for a long weekend getaway
Myself, my husband, and four of our friends plus an infant stayed at Prop Point for a long weekend. The property was perfect for three couples to spend time together and apart, relax, and unwind. We explored a couple of nearby vineyards, cooked for ourselves, and made use of the fire pit every night. We absolutely loved the stay. We found the property to be very accommodating and comfortable. Daisy was very responsive with information about checking in leading up to our stay. If and when we venture into the area again, we will definitely look to stay here!

Gem in the Finger Lake Region
The property is located in one of the best spots on the water in Keuka Lake. The house is extremely well equipped with everything for a enjoyable stay. Not only has the owner Daisy has thought of your every need, she has put top of the the line quality appliances and furnishing. We were 4 couples and the house was very comfortable and had zero complaints but for the weather :-). The host was very responsive and prompt. One of the best places we have stayed at.

Perfect September weekend
Phenomenal property with gorgeous views and so much room to spread out. The multiple decks and docks gave us so many ways to enjoy the lake view. We swam and kayaked and visited local wineries- there were so many lovely ones! Took a short trip to Watkin’s Glen which was spectacular. Making s’mores over the campfire and watching the moonrise over Keuka Lake was a highlight. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a lakefront getaway. Cannot wait to come back!

From the time I booked this beautiful home I just knew it was going to be perfect! It was our family’s first time at the Finger Lakes and wow this house did not disappoint! It had everything we needed and more! The inside of the home is so adorable and fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need or want. But even better is the views and everything that you have at your fingertips on the outside!! We rented a pontoon boat for the week and got to see many houses and this house has the most incredible dock and outside area you won’t be disappointed!! Our family made so many incredible memories here and hopefully we will plan another trip again soon! Daisy the owner is so helpful with recommendations of local places as well!! We absolutely loved everything about our stay! We spent most of our time on the dock and in the water. The property had a great lake front area that was perfect for the children to swim and play in. The house was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The home owner was responsive when an issue came up and kept us informed as to its resolution. All was very good!

Great house for a family vacation!
We have been vacationing the week of July 4th for years, and this is the first property we’ve been to that we already have booked for next year! There was lots of room for our family and we loved the outdoor space. The dock was perfect for our boat, and we loved the beach area to be able to walk into the water. The house is well stocked with everything you need, and the owner was very responsive and even checked in on us mid week! We recommend this to anyone looking for a Keuka getaway!

Awesome lake house
Stayed at Daisy’s lake house with my entire extended family for a long weekend. Great location right on the lake. House is very nice with everything you need for a lake weekend and the dock / fire pit were excellent. Would definitely stay here every year.

House had everything needed for a great stay during our week there. We had grandparents down to grandkids and everyone had a great time. Daisy was super prompt with any issues or questions. Family loved being able to see the sunrise from the deck in the morning and fish off the dock. Neighborhood is quiet but not too far from the main road to get to wineries/town. Defintely looking to go back again next time!

Weve been coming to keuka lake for our family vacation for 10 years. We’ve stayed at different rentals all around the lake. This year we stayed on the bluff, and this house had everything you could possibly want. Lots of shady spots and chairs to relax in, a beautiful dock with a fridge to keep our cold! We loved the big deck and the great view. We enjoyed the use of the grill and the fire ring. Our 2-year-old liked playing in the water. The living room area was a bit small, but the bedrooms areas gave everyone their own space.

Family memories!
My family used to own this cottage up until about 10 years ago so we were thrilled to be able to rent it for the week! The check-in process was easy and Daisy was a great host. She even provided an in depth booklet that answered any question we could possibly have during our stay. The cottage was clean and stocked with all the basics that we could need. My family had the best time reliving memories and we will be back next summer!

What a gorgeous place to spend a few days. Beautiful lakefront property and a variety of ways to enjoy it; spacious upper level deck with amazing views, a mid-level deck with even more space and grill and table, a lake level fire pit, and of course, the beautiful dock. We had such a great time and will definitely come back. It easily accommodated our party of eight adults.

A wonderfully tranquil place. Wonderful views and all of the conveniences you would need. The hosts were very responsive. There was slight issue at check in and the hosts responded by resolving the issue the same day. I would recommend this property without hesitation!

60th Birthday Weekend-Friends&Family
Prop Point is a beautiful property! We only had 6 people stay per night but it could easily sleep 10 or so. Lots of chairs & lots of views. Best is the morning sunrise. Location Location Location Easily accessible boat dock. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for cooking & grilling. (Except the food of course) Three bathrooms included lots of fresh towels (we brought our own beach towels) & individual shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel which was a nice touch. Plenty of parking for all of our cars (and also visitors) Weather is unpredictable but we had two awesome days & went to wineries & breweries (more than you can fit in) when we couldn’t be cycling or boating! Highly recommend!

The Perfect Location!
The minute that you step inside the door you are blown away by the view and...the entire house and property. This is the true definition of vacation. The home has everything needed to relax and enjoy - and then some! We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Prop Point. :)

Peaceful getaway
This property is beautiful and in a serene location. We cooked breakfasts at the house and there was plenty of dishware and good cookware along with a Keurig. There were also plenty of amenities both indoors and outside. We took inventory upon check in and ran to the grocery store to get any necessities (there was toilet paper and hand soap in all bathrooms to start but we needed to purchase paper towels and whatever food and condiments we needed). There were no issues at all and we enjoyed our stay. If I had to make two recommendations it's that you upgrade to have at least two king beds and rearrange the furniture in the upstairs living room so that the sofa faces the TV. We actually did this for our stay and then moved it back before leaving. Thanks.
