Check in supposed to be 3pm. Got there around 2. Room not ready. That’s ok. Desk clerk said she would call when ready. No call no handoff to next shift. Waited on hold 15-20 min. Never came back to me after ‘rush’ of check ins. Came back to hotel no body in lobby.finaly got room I think close to 3;30 or 4 o’clock. Door key stopped working . She said others were having same problem. Asked what they were doing to fix it. She said all they do is reactivate. Nobody looking into problem to fix it. Very poor lighting in room. Couldn’t see to find items in suitcase. Had to take it bathroom to see well. Up elevator button in lobby did not work. Had to push the down button to get on the elevator. There is no floor below lobby. staff was aware of these problems but appeared no action from staff of this problem. amenities and staff working in the breakfast dining area were excellent. Coffee island in lobby was nice.
