Ten bucks to park 200 bucks. Deposit for party animals One ice machine for entire bldg located on first floor Minimal toiletries provided 1 ounce shampoo 1 ounce body wash 1 ounce of what looked like lotion Linoleum tile floor should be replaced..my walk from shower to bed...had me feeling as if I was on beach .. immediately after arriving to room ..hadn't been to beach yet .. Room door lock was loose which was concerning...tried to call the desk to report it...n my oh my...the phone doesn't work.. The view from room 719 was spectacular.. the bed in room 719 was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on..long story short .I got what I paid for... Will I stay there again Unlikely

We had to switch rooms from first to second night; we were on mandatory hurricane evacuation from Cape Coral, FL. The room the 2nd night was small, loud, handicapped and not to our standards. We discussed this with the staff and they said it was the only room available. I asked that the manage contact us and was looking for some compensation even a free drink but never heard back.

Great ocean view and access. Pool was nice. Food and drink were within walking distance. The room was fine. The whole property was very clean. The AC unit sounded like one of the fighter jets that pass from time to time when the compressor kicked on. While on the balcony my iwatch gave me a loud environment warning when the AC kicked on. The toilet valve squealed while the tank was filling.

This hotel is definitely older but served my huand and I well. The staff was great, the room was clean, they waived the parking fee since we didn't have a car and the location was great! We loved be steps away from the beach! Also, the restaurant on site was AMAZING!!! We sate there several times during our stay!

Basic room with a view of the gulf. Be prepared to pay for daily parking and have a deposit hold on your credit card. The staff at the front desk were barely helpful. I was under the impression that I was staying at a Wyndham property but it seemed more of a knock off property. It was not what I expected. The view was great, the beds were comfy, and the access to the beach was convenient.

Wonderful trip
This was our second time staying here it wonderful. They have a good restaurant and a bar by the pool two great pools with the hot tub. The rooms are always very clean and the golf view is gorgeous!!

Top Notch facility. Right on beach , clean pools, friendly staff. You can eat , drink, play and do not have to leave the property. Special shout out to Kimberly and Holly at the Bar . Can’t wait to come back.

Great location and breathtaking view! The rooms are VERY dated for the price, but the view will stop you in your tracks. The elevator was extremely sketchy and acted like it was about to break down every time we got on it. A local mentioned that it was known to have technical issues. I was very thrown off when a $20 charge was made to my card after my stay. They rush you through the check in process, and never mentioned, but even at that price and even as a guest, you’re charged $10 A DAY to park where you’ve already spent $100s to stay! That alone may keep me away from booking again. Amazing view and amenities, though.

So great we booked again!
This was an anniversary get a way and it couldn't have been better. Great room, staff were very helpful and the property is so close to amazing restaurants. Just booked another stay, sadly its only one night for business. This will definitely be our go to Fort Walton stay.

The ocean view was beautiful. Property is a bit outdated and lots of issues in the room. Easy access to walk for miles on the beach. Overall we weren’t in our room much so didn’t let the issues in the room bother us too much

Enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed the stay there and what a beautiful view. The pool is a nice size and liked the lay out of the buildings. You don't seem to be as packed in as some of the other places we have stayed in the past. This is a very good value and would recommend.
