Staff was AMAZING! The pool, beach pier, and around the property is great. The rooms are ok. They have BIG windows to take in the great views but some things in my room needed to be updated. The biggest issue was the water. The shower and sink water would cut off for a few seconds when using it and the shower would not drain well. Other than that, I would recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived on 8/15/24 for a 4 night stay. We booked this 2 months prior. Our room upon check-in was room 103. It was awful. Hot. Bathroom door wouldn't completely close, and it just overall was a terrible room. We told the front desk of our issues and they were just rude. (night staff) They brought us a box fan. Room was still hot. In the morning we woke up to the toilet leaking. I immediately told the front desk. The manager was there and she was AMAZING. She upgraded us to a better room with an ocean view (room 502). From there our trip went great, besides at least 3 times, we were locked out of our room due to the key card stopped working. I would definitely stay again, but would call and book through the manager. You definitely don't want to stay on the first floor. I think those rooms don't get upgraded like the higher up floors do. Cons - Rude night front desk staff key card stopped working a few times not all rooms updated $10/day for parking $200 deposit Pros - manager great great for kids great pools and access to beach beach chairs/umbrellas can be charged to your room poolside bar/food

stayed here last year and had no issues. actually got the exact same room this year but this time it was infested with roaches. asked for a room change and we did get an upgraded and updated room with no charge but when we picked up the new room keys a roach crawled across the lobby floor, DON'T WANT TO TAKE THESE HOME and getting ready to leave we found a roach in our rental car. GEEEZZZ!!! the unpacking process when we got home was horrible...had to shake everything out and spray down before anything went inside and had to do extra clean on rental car because we did not want to pass this on to someone else.

This place was clean all the time, truly. Everyone was nice and helpful the whole time as well. This is not a super quiet place, keep in mind. You can often hear other peoples doors slamming, as they have swelled in the florida hummidity and it takes some force to close them. The dj in the summer goes until 9 and you can hear that in building C in your room. Didn't bother us much! Location is EVERYTHING. If you have an ocean view balcony, you will want to be on the 3rd floor or higher. Beach access is right there below you and it is the only nicely lit one, so its easy to find after a beach sunset. I didnt see ADA access to the beach, but i could have missed it. Overall, it was great. We would stay again if we were going back anytime soon. On to new adventures.

We had a terrible experience on this hotel. Our first night after we came back from beach, we tried to take a shower and we only had BOILING hot water, I submitted a maintenance request and they sent a person and he told us that we where going to be relocated to another room due to water faucet being broken. Next day in the morning i was moved room that was not like the one we payed for but we decided to stay there since we didn’t want to deal with getting another hotel. New room have the same problem. There was no cool water at all. I talk to front office and i was told that they don’t control over their water lines. So i guess i was supposed to stay without being able to take a shower for 5 days????. I requested a refund for the 3 nights that we weren’t going to to stay and i was told that they were not going to refund my money back. So stay away from this hotel.DONT RUIN YOUR VACATIONS LIKE THEY DID TO ME!!!

Perfect family vacation!
Love the place, we extended an extra day. Very clean , Veronica our room inspector was very friendly, the food served at Manatees is really good..the Manager Morgan was very nice as well, unfortunately Sarah the front desk that checks you is not friendly, no customer service at all. Besides that great experience

Very nice . Very friendly staff. Beautiful room. The mattress was sunk in in the middle. Worst nights sleep we ever had!!! New every thing else…. But not the bed:(

The hotel was average. The staff was outstanding and so kind! The air conditioning in rooms won’t go below 66 and when it hits 66 they turn off. So awful. There was no way to get air in bathroom when door was shut. Unit is a wall unit. I can’t stay agsin due to that alone. We were so hot our stay.

The shower curtain was broken. Telephone didn’t work. And we had to pay for the chairs on the beach. We were not adviced about that till we got there. Room service was great. Good staff.
