Seaglass & Sol Coastal Retreat at Peppermint Grove Beach accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a custom designed split level house with breath-taking views of Geographe Bay from almost every room.
Peppermint Grove Beach is the hidden gem of the South West and has so much to offer, from beautiful beaches, swimming, beach walks, snorkelling, surfing and other aquatic activities, great walking trails through the Tuart Forest and is a leisurely drive to Busselton, Dunsborugh, Yallingup, Margaret River, world class wineries and restaurants.
Soak up this amazing location with a walk along the beach or spend a day just relaxing on the upper deck, in the reading nook with a book or magazine, downstairs on the daybed , or spending time with the family and friends.

Bedroom 1 The Ocean room on the entrance level: has a King size bed and partial ocean views, walk in robe and large walk through ensuite complete with rainshower.
Bedroom 2 Our Boho inspired room on the lower level is fitted with a Queen size bed with garden view and ocean glimpses.
Bedroom 3 The Seaglass Room has 2 x King single beds with partial ocean views.
All rooms are equipped with either ceiling fans or pedestal fan and heaters. The master bedroom also reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The second bathroom has shower with a separate bath. The house has 3 toilets, all separate from bathrooms, including a powder room in the foyer.
The open plan upper level includes the lounge area complete with huge comfortable modular sofa, reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV with Telstra TV, free Netflix, DVD and CD Player.
A long island bench in the kitchen ensures there is space for everyone, whether you are cooking up a storm or perched on a bar stool with a glass of wine. Fully equipped with everything you could need including microwave, electric oven, separate gas cook top, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and Delonghi Nepresso coffee pod machine.
The dining area with huge solid wood table has stunning views from a large window to create a backdrop of ever-changing ocean views. And our reading nook offers a place to sit and read or to talk over a cup of coffee.
The property is fully fenced and pets may be considered on an application only basis, additional cleaning fees may apply, refer to property manager. A dog friendly beach is only a short stroll away.
We like to offer a relaxed quiet environment for our guests and expect the same from our guests.
We do not accept leavers or groups looking to party at the property. If you’re planning a big party this may not be the house for you.

Minimum of 2 nights stay is required.
Maximum stay of 7 nights.
