Used to love it…not so much now
This used to be the best hotel in the area. Now it is always overcrowded and noisy at all hours. Parking used to be free and now they are charging $10 a day. We had to go down to the desk for toilet paper as there was barely any on our roll and no back up in the bathroom. The pool was so chlorinated that we spent about 20 minutes there and had very sore throats for the rest of the night. I wouldn’t recommend this property as it’s not the standard I’m used to at all from Embassy.

If you are used to motels, you will like this place. Needs a little TLC. First out reservation was incorrect, but they pointed out “they could fix it for me”, but they had it incorrect!! Was clearly In my Hilton app what the reservation was. Breakfast was less than average and even things that you might think look good, ham and cheese omelet, were not! Then to charge for parking in an open parking lot?!? Just raise the room rates!

The property was overbooked and we got a free room upgrade. While everything was nice and clean, the property is getting VERY VERY dated; ie the closest door was off and missing in our room. But we had a great time there.

Wasn’t impressed. The toilet seats had stains we moved in and had to clean ourselves. They charged additional $10 for parking our car in their open air outside parking lot.

The staff was amazing. Our check in manager was the best. She took care of us in the best way possible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone want a excellent stay with all the accommodations.

Not again.
Hotel is very dated and just does not have that higher level of comfort that would be expected for the price. Motel 6 would have been just as comfortable room wise and cleanliness. Stayed here the last 3 years for an event and this will be our last at this one. The breakfast food was dry and cold and they had just brought the "fresh" pans out of food.
