Please note: This apartment is NOT a party place, as no additional guests are permitted. Also, strictly no smoking of any kind, or loud music. Immediate eviction is in place for violation of any of those restrictions as it is a small residential building.

The apartment is furnished for comfort for a maximum of 2 people. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. The lounge is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and small counter-top surface with two stools for eating. The lounge has a sofa, large TV with good lighting in the day, and a choice of ambient lighting in the evening.

It is a very modern and comfortable apartment, please look carefully at the photos to ensure the space is sufficient for you. The apartment is in an affluent neighborhood and therefore best suited for couples or solo professional visitor requiring comfort, high speed internet and privacy.

It's walking distance to the bus station, both medical centers, Pinares Medica and Megacentro, also shopping malls, restaurants and many cafes and coffee shops.

There is a fantastic restaurant mall right next to the apartment. Mexican food, traditional Colombian food, Italian, frozen yogurt, coffee... etc. Also a nice bar!

The entrance of the apartment also has a great bistro cafe and is ideal for those working from home that perhaps want to take their laptop downstairs for some fresh air and some coffee or a pizza whilst working.

Guests have access to the spa pool, gym and social salon. The gym is on the top level of the building and only has cardio equipment, no free-weights.

Guests can reach us both 24 hours a day. We live very close to all our properties, so we can be available if required.

Pinares is probably the best area in Pereira. It has the most exclusive neighborhoods, medical centers and boutique shops.

Everything is walking distance. Even the city center. El Centro, is walkable in 20 mins. Or walk 2 mins to the cable-car (MegaCable) UTP station, and ride into the center with an amazing view.

Nearest restaurants, bar, coffee and cafes, all less than 1 min walk. There's also a trendy bistro coffee shop at the entrance of the apartment building. Arboleda shopping mall, 10 min walk. Victoria Plaza Mall, 15 min walk . Bus station 10 min walk. Circunvalar, 10 min walk. Taxis are always local and very cheap.

Pets are welcome. However each booking, of any length, includes a 'pet fee' of $30 or currency equivalent, for a specific pet fumigation clean upon checkout, prior to the standard clean. If additional cleaning is required, or any pet damage discovered (from scratching or chewing for example) then the cost of repair or replacement will be enforced. We hope to never have to do this, so please be responsible for your pet at all times.
