Converted Barn Private Fenced Pool Garden Covered Terrace Surrounded by Fields
Welcome to Chez Retorit. A converted barn preserving its original character. It is surrounded by its own garden (unfenced) with fields beyond and views towards the hamlet of Perignac. The barn sleeps up to eight people (6 adults/2 children or 4 adults/4 children) it ideally accommodates two families who are sharing and provides spacious accommodation for smaller numbers of guests too.
Children enjoy using the private pool, which is not overlooked and fenced, and the lit terrace around the pool provides a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The (unfenced) garden is very spacious and large enough for children to ride bikes, kick a ball and have fun. There is plenty of space to sit in the sun or shade and guests enjoy eating outside, under the covered terrace, or in the dappled shade from the trees. There are 2 picnic tables, one in the front garden and one in the elevated back garden. Please note the garden is not fenced!
We provide a welcome basket for each stay. If you wish us to do some essential shopping prior to your arrival, this can also be arranged (at a cost) but the nearest shops are only a short drive away in Montmoreau or Blanzac.

Perfect relaxing break
We loved staying at Chez Restorit. Great break for all of our family. Plenty of space for everyone and very well stocked kitchen etc.
Really loved Aubeterre sur Drone also and Contact super market in Blanzac also great but don’t use Google to try to find it !!

Maison agréable mais très isolée
Maison ancienne joliment rénovée très agréable ( garde la fraîcheur) et bien équipée. Belle vue dégagée sur la campagne, très calme. Cependant les espaces extérieurs ne correspondent pas tout à fait aux photos notamment l'arbre qui fesait de l'ombre dans le jardin qui à été coupé, la terrasse de la piscine était sale et les transats ont bien vieilli. La piscine reste toutefois un bel atout et nous en avons bien profité !
Les alentours sont quasi désert, pas vraiment de possibilité de balade à pieds depuis la maison ...
NB pour les enfants en bas âge : la cuisine, la chambre à lit jumeaux et le salon ont quelques marches à l'entrée

Une très belle surprise !!!
Superbe hameau, à l’abri des regards indiscrets, idéal pour se reposer et passer du temps en famille. La piscine est un plus, le jardin un régal, l’ombre offerte délice, et la propriété est impeccable. Un super séjour, avec une hôtesse au top ! J’y reviendrai volontiers !!!

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le logement était propre et conforme à l'annonce. L'espace extérieur ainsi que la piscine sont les atouts forts de cette maison. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et réactifs. Petit bémol, manque de vaisselle pour préparer des plats pour 8 adultes et quelques ustensiles.

Séjour ensoleillé dans villa au calme
Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est très jolie, propre, bien équipée et parfaite pour accueillir du monde. Le jardin, la terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables avec en prime une vue sur les environs très belle.
Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et n'ont pas hésité à prendre des nouvelles ni même à répondre rapidement à nos questions. Merci
On garde l'adresse pour renouveler l'expérience.
PS : à proximité on conseille une ballade à Aubeterre, c'est magnifique.

This was the best holiday. The house is great, the pool is excellent and the quiet surroundings were just perfect. We can only give the house and service 5 ⭐️ stars. Hopefully we can come back.
