The front desk receptionist was unfriendly. The rest of the staff were great. We had to be issued keys multiple times to access the room. The sound proofing between rooms is inadequate, and the sound of clomping above was noticeable. Great value and very reasonable pet fee. All things considered, we would stay there again.

The stay was decent overall. The bathtub wouldn’t drain after my shower and I have 4 kids, LOL. I went and told the woman at the front desk and she switched us to a different room right away. The rest of the stay was great!

Another bad experience
This was the second time i have stayed and been very disappointed. It was probably my 6th stay there since it opened. Staff could careless about your needs. Check in was a joke trying to communicate my previous experience and not wanting to relive that again. Room was so heavily deodorized i needed Zyrtec and benadryl to prevent respiratory issues and hives like my previous visit in the spring that landed me in the ER.
