It comes fully equipped with bed linens and comforters along with all utensils for BBQing. Enjoy coming into a fully air-conditioned cottage, so no worries on those warm evenings. You are just steps away from the water with use of your own aluminum dock. The area is great for swimming and fishing. For those looking to hike, The cottage is a short 10-minute drive to Letchworth State Park. We look forward to hosting you as our guest.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. The property was exactly as described, in the best way. Cabin was cozy and clean and perfectly equipped. Owner was communicative and instructions were clear.
