A car hire company is less than a 10 minute walk away. Our house is 10 minutes and 15 minutes from the Domestic and International Airports, respectively.
The house has 2 storeys and is the second of a group of 3 houses. It has a central heating and cooling system. Our price reflects the fact that you can use the heating or cooling system when you need it. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bath tub) and three toilets.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen and a family/dining room leading to a sheltered and screened outdoor patio BBQ area.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two have Queen Sized beds, one with 2 WIR and an ensuite and toilet the other has a WIR and some views. The other bedroom contains a two separate king single beds with BIR (Built in Robe).
A separate office nook is provided on the upper floor. With reliable and fast wired internet throughout the house, you can do get access to your work, studies or entertainment on line at all time. A laundry with a modern washing machine connects directly to an outside clothes line. There is also BBQ in the patio area.
Access to the 2 car garage is by remote control key and a remote key opens the site sliding security gate.
Following every booking the house floors, linen, bathrooms, laundry and outside areas are professionally cleaned so that we can maintain the highest quality of presentation and comfort for our guests.
