Only a 5 minute walk to the beach in this fully furnished expansive home with stunning ocean views from the west facing upstairs balcony and downstairs lounge. The house is nestled amongst lush parkland and would suit would suit quiet guests. Enjoy dinners in the very private and spacious rear entertainment area. Quality furnishings throughout.

The space
Walk to the beach from this expansive home with sweeping ocean views. Enjoy sunsets every night of the year. 3 bedrooms on the second story, each with balcony access and amazing views of the Indian Ocean. Fabulous entertainment area to the rear of the property. Downstairs lounge room has a pull out sofa which sleeps 2 in comfort. There are two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, two toilets, two washing machines and one clothes dryer.

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene, and special space. A split-level home facing East-West gives you the option of sunshine all day long, from the morning sunrise over the parkland to the rear of the property to the amazing sunsets over the Indian Ocean to the front.

Located just 400m from the beach sands of the local Floreat Dog Beach via a gentle stroll through parkland and an access path through the sand dunes to the shore.

Scarborough Beach Foreshore is 2km to the north. Floreat Beach and City Beach are walkable distance to the south.

Before you even enter the property, you will be gobsmacked by the mesmerising ocean views from the front porch.

Entering the main door, you will be greeted by the spacious living room with a large Samsung smart wall mounted TV. This space boasts a functional lounge which converts into a comfortable sofa bed accommodating two adults with ease. This space is a child’s paradise with toys and literature to keep all ages occupied.

Up half a flight of stairs to the multifunctional kitchen/dining and second living zone. A brand-new kitchen with European appliances and a gentle space to dine and unwind. The kitchen is modern, light & bright boasting plenty of bench space, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, Coffee Machine, cooktop & oven and is fully stocked and equipped with all the utensils, cutlery, and crockery to feed a full household. A leather lounge awaits you after your meal to relax.

Up the second half flight of stairs to the bathroom and three bedrooms, each of which has door access to the spacious balcony stretching almost the entire width of the house. The top floor consists of timber floors in the bedrooms, balcony and thoroughfares, and tiling in the wet areas.

All bedrooms have bedside tables and night-time reading lights. There are two king size bedrooms with extra comfortable king beds. The children’s bedroom offers a bunk bed accommodating 3 in comfort and boasts a student desk. There is plenty of wardrobe space in all 3 bedrooms – the master bedroom has a walk-in robe; the second bedroom has a built-in robe with mirrored sliding doors and the children’s bedroom has a fixed wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower, large bathtub, wall mounted mirror cabinets and an inbuilt Miele washing machine in the vanity unit. The clean flush toilet is adjacent to the bathroom.

The Balcony is the place to be for a morning brunch or sunset drinks on the elongated breakfast bar whilst enjoying mesmerising views of the Indian Ocean. You can gaze at the colours changing all day long and watch that sun set every single day of the year. This is a place to really soak in the elements and drift off to special, relaxed state of being. Tip - if you are staying during a full moon make sure you get up early to watch that moon set over the ocean. An unforgettable sight!

Exiting the house at the rear to the back yard and alfresco area you enter an entertainer’s paradise - attracting the morning sun to the east with a skillion roof lined with marine grade ply and complimented with champagne coloured ceiling fans.

There is a fully equipped commercial grade kitchen with an industrial quality 1200mm wide gas oven, 4 burner stove and 600mm griddle plate which can cater for even the largest households. A commercial double sink and undercounter fridge offer plenty of stainless-steel bench space. Overhead cupboards consist of marine grade wooden doors, as is the custom made island bench. A laundry nook compliments the outdoor kitchen with both Miele washer and Dryers.

The outdoor dining consists of a 3-metre-long marble table hosting 10 people comfortably. Once dinner is complete one can rest on the outdoor sofa overlooking the fig trees. This area is surfaced by a quality exposed aggregate finish and the rear yard is retained by a feature limestone wall and fenced off by quality aluminium louvers. There is plenty of lawn in the backyard for play.

There is an outdoor bathroom with a hand basin, hot/cold shower, and a clean flush toilet. The roof of the toilet consists of a passionfruit vine, with only the open sky above.

Access to the rear parklands is via a gate along the back fence. This is the perfect way to walk to the beach and back

At night enjoy the garden lights bright up the greenery in both front and rear yards adding a warm touch to the evening ambience.

This expansive home boasts several relaxing areas to rest and unwind. You will feel rested and at ease during your stay at this fine City Beach residence.

There are numerous parks in the neighbourhood which connect to the dog friendly beach and nearby children's playgrounds. The waters of the Indian Ocean are a brief 5-minute stroll away. There are plenty of green open spaces and palm trees nearby. The ocean breeze is refreshing all year-round.
