Perfect location!
Tay Inn was exactly what we were looking for as we moved our son from Ottawa to Toronto. Nice big parking lot to park the UHaul truck! The owner was so wonderful and even called us 20 minutes after we left to let us know that I left my kindle in the room. Thank you so much!! Room was a decent size, fridge, coffee maker and microwave came in handy. Nice to have two chairs outside to enjoy our coffee in the morning. Right beside Perth Brewery which has some really nice beers (try the ginger beer!). Would stay here again.

It is an old property, and it has been nicely renovated. The people operating it are very pleasant. Had a good night's rest, comfortable. Recommended for a night or two.

This is a very well-maintained property at an excellent location. Lots of dining options nearby with a 24/7 Tim Hortons. The rooms are extremely clean, beds are comfortable and very good water pressure for shower and faucets. Mini fridge really works, and has a freezer rack. All appliances were in good working condition. We have stayed at a lot of 3-star and 4-star hotels and rooms here are better than all of them. Proprietors are friendly people but not overbearing. We'd love to stay here when we visit Perth!
