Beautiful Blackbutt timber flooring flows throughout the living areas, with soaring ceilings creating a sense of spaciousness and stunning mosaic feature walls throughout for splash of coastal colourings.

The central kitchen boasts a long stone-topped breakfast bar in front of the copper-coloured mosaic splashback, a suite of Miele appliances including an integrated dishwasher, 4 burner gas stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and a double pantry.

Off the kitchen is the dining area with table with comfortable seating for 6.

A glass sliding door opens out to the spacious paved patio, with an outdoor dining table and seating for 8 and a BBQ amongst the lush greenery and the bubbling water feature.

Pass wall-to-wall windows as you follow the hallway down to the second bedroom with a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, a floor mirror and a built-in robe. The private ensuite with stunning mosaic feature wall has a shower, toilet and single vanity sink. A sliding glass door leads directly onto the rear garden.

Step up to the first of two large living areas. This formal sitting area has a 3-seater, 2-seater and 2 single lounge suites, floor rug and coffee table.

Through the glass sliding doors is the first balcony with a sitting area perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite is positioned at the front of the home and boasts a private balcony with picturesque ocean views also capturing the leafy streetscape. It has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and walk-in robe beneath the ceiling fan.

The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and twin vanities with a magnificent mosaic-tiled wall with an ocean pallette.

The second living area a TV, modular sofa, coffee table and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard below.

The third bedroom has 2 King Single beds, bedside tables with lamps beneath the ceiling fan. This room also has access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard below.

The main bathroom has a bath, hand-held shower, single vanity and toilet amongst the light blue mosaic feature wall. Cottesloe is the premier beach side suburb of Perth and recognized Australia wide for its charm and amenity. The area has wonderful cafes, restaurants, a golf course and entertainment areas.
