Casa boa, mas carente de itens basicos
A casa e' bem estruturada, mas carente de itens indispensaveis, como uma simples garrafa termica..., ou um micro ondas.
Os banheiros nao tem espelhos ou iluminacao sobre as pias, e a maioria deles nao tem papeleira e saboneteira.
Uma boa casa, facil de tornar um local agradavel, mas precisa receber um pouco de investimento para tal.
Muito simpatico e disponivel o proprietario Julio.
