In Villa Venezia with swimming pool, directly on the lake, luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and large terraces for a family holiday or a group of up to 5 people! The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a bright and spacious living room consisting of two comfortable armchairs, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, citrus press, coffee machine and toaster. Through a French door you can access the large private terrace with dining table and chairs with a wonderful view of the lake and the green of the lake! At the back there is another covered veranda with garden, ideal for families with children! The apartment, complete with air conditioning in all rooms, offers a master bedroom with comfortable double bed and wardrobe together, the room also overlooks the terrace and enjoys a wonderful view of the lake. The second bedroom has a bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a single bed and a comfortable wardrobe. The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Guests can conveniently park their car in the private parking space inside the residence. The beautiful swimming pool, shared with very few apartments of the villa, is available from April 15th to October 15th. With a small additional charge, possibility of providing a cot and a child seat. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
