Amazing place to stay in Petaluma!
Stayed for two nights and couldn’t be happier! The hotel bar staff are absolutely amazing and will make you great drinks I promise. The cool older vibe of the hotel was exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Nice place to stay right in the heart of downtown in walking distance to everything. I’ll be back!

My husband and I have stayed at Hotel Petaluma several times over the last 5 years and we have enjoyed our stays. Unfortunately the manager placed us in the smallest room next to the elevator and we were told that he chose this because we booked through a third party. The rest of the staff were friendly, but he was unwelcoming and controlling of his staff.

Beautiful and historic hotel
We love staying here when we visit Petaluma. It is close walking to everything. They also have a restaurant attached to it, and a French bakery, and wine and cheese bar. My only negative was the room had 2 windows facing out to alley, and at 5:30am, garbage truck noise, banging etc...no sleep. I now realized that is why they had complimentary ear plugs. Other than that, we will always stay there.
