Overall, we enjoyed the space. My three friends and I went for a birthday trip, and the space was big enough that well all felt comfortable.
The space was clean, although there were a couple of signs from the previous tenant, especially in the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked, we had the dishes we needed, but there was no sponge in the kitchen, and the ice machine wasn't working. We were also a bit frustrated because the listing said it would accommodate 5, there were 4 of us in my party, and only 3 towels, and one extra blanket. There is a washing machine, so we could wash our own towels, but not if we all wanted to shower in the morning, which we couldn't do because of the towel issue.
The space was cool and trendy, I especially liked the loft and the bed was very comfy, but the walls were EXTREMELY thin, and we could hear the tenants on both sides of us (one side was playing music, and the other sneezed a lot).
The check-in process was easy, it's a door lock with a code, but I didn't receive any of the check-in information until I messaged the owner for it. Also, the space is at the back of a parking lot, and the listing would benefit from a description of what to expect when you pull in and how to find the building because we drove around for a bit trying to figure it out. Also, the Wifi was not listed, there was no information about places near the space, or suggested restaurants. When I messaged the owner for the second time, he gave me the Wifi, but it didn't work. At that point I didn't want to ask the owner again, so we lived without the internet, which was inconvient.
There were also pieces of art and furniture that had price tags on them like they were for sale, which was odd, and made us nervous as they were quite expensive.
Overall, this space has the opportunity to be really awesome, but it needs a little bit of attention in terms of check-in and amenities. The location is great, close to the downtown area. If the issues above are fixed, this would definitely be a place I recommend staying.
