The place was unique in that it is a loft with a large bedroom (plus one on the ground floor), artwork everywhere, a well-appointed kitchen, washer and drier, a good sized bathroom, great light, and plenty of space heaters.
Spent a weekend here, and found the kitchen well-stocked with enough stuff to cook dinner and breakfast, make cocktails (BYOB, of course). The beds were comfortable, with the upstairs being the largest one (a King size?).
The pictures in listing didn't have a TV shown, but one was there. Basic cable, and couldn't screenshare with it from our devices, but worked fine. No biggie for us.
The cool and interesting stools in the kitchen are great, just know they are not the most stable. So, if you have little ones, they tip very easily. Great table though.
Parking was fine, but I can see how when the gym out front is super busy it may be hard to find a spot by the door. Note that it is a semi-gravel parking lot, and on rainy days it may be a bit muddy. There is a little patio out front.
One mention is that the front door has a big window in it, so not much privacy there. Though it would detract from the aesthetic a bit, would be nice to have a curtain one could draw over it. Or frost it a bit? Basically, people in the parking lot can see in down the length of the place, so no walking around without clothes (unless that's how you jam.)
