The Space:

The spectacular view of the river will become your daily companion, inviting you to contemplation and wonder.

Our cottage is more than a refuge. It is a warm and welcoming space where you can make unforgettable memories with your family and friends. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, it provides enough space to comfortably accommodate large groups. And yes, we thought of everything, even inveterate snorers and lovers of long showers in the morning!

Every nook has been thoughtfully designed to offer absolute comfort and create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation, complicity and the creation of precious memories. You can entertain yourself in our games room, where you will discover two retro arcade games (Miss Pac Man, Les Simpsons), a Nintendo Switch console including 6 group games, as well as board games for lively evenings. Defy your friends in wild games and relive the joys of childhood games. We also have a beautiful pool table and poker games, blackjack and roulette for older children.

Located on a private street, our cottage offers you the privacy you need to disconnect from the outside world and recharge your batteries. It is a haven of peace where you can find yourself in harmony with the surrounding nature and escape the tumult of everyday life. And don't worry, our noisiest neighbors are the birds and squirrels bickering for hazelnuts!

Nearby, lush nature invites you to explore. Whether it's skiing on the snowy slopes of the Massif, you may be hiking trails at Parc des Grands Jardins or Parc des Hautes Gorges, every moment is an opportunity to feed your soul of adventure.

You will enjoy a large property with 3 levels of 1,500 square feet each on 35,500 square feet of land, with basement, ground floor and floor.
