ABOUT THE RENTAL
Situated at the top of Andover Club at The Highlands of Harbor Springs, this privately owned 7 bedroom, 7 bath luxury residence is ideal for a fun trip full of adventure! Visiting during the winter season provides you with direct ski-in/ski-out access with the Lois Lane ski run right out the back door. The backyard and patio space was designed with outdoor entertaining in mind with a private hot tub, built-in natural gas grill, and custom built-in firepit, with plenty of patio seating! The main level living area is set up perfectly with couches surrounding the gas fireplace and large vaulted ceilings. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, watching football, playing games, and enjoying each other’s company. The first of many guest suites is located off from the living room with a large walk-in tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is off from the living area with two twin beds and has a full bathroom across the hall. A beautiful, brand new addition has been added to this home off from the kitchen that provides plenty of extra space! A large bunk room with a full bathroom attached is every kid’s dream when traveling with friends and family. If you enjoy exercise on your trip, you will love the workout room added to this home on your way to a large laundry room and the spacious primary suite overlooking Lois Lane. Take the staircase down to the second living area, which is a great space for kids to hang out! The three additional guest bedrooms are located on this level with two being an en-suite and the other offering a bathroom directly across the hall. The well-manicured landscaping surrounding the home and the backyard amenities create an exclusive location in all of the four seasons. This slope side vacation home is sure to provide cherished memories for your group for years to come!

Centurion Golf Trip
This was an excellent property for our group. We enjoyed the space and all the amenities such as the hot tub, the outdoor grill and fire pit and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the house was extra clean. Our group consisted of eight men vying for our annual golf championship. A wouderful time was had by all.

Perfect family vacation!
My family, my husbands parents, his two brothers and their families all stayed at this incredible house. I would say it exceeded our expectations including the amenities/accessories in the house. We way overpacked, as the kitchen and bathrooms had pretty much everything we needed. 7 tweens and teen boys shared the bunk room. The two girls had their own twin beds, and each adult pair had their own room. This left one room to spare, which some of the boys in the bunk room needed because their cousins wouldn’t be quiet at night. The outdoor space was great. The boys LOVED mountain biking on site. The rest of us enjoyed hiking! Heading into Petoskey, Mackinac Island, and just hanging out at the house. The house has a perfect blend of community space when we wanted to be together, and places to go when one needed to get away from others. For family that came from out of state and thus did not bring groceries, it was a long drive to the nearest grocery store. That was the only down side for some members of our party. I would absolutely recommend this venue to others! Thank you for sharing your home with us, as we all agreed we will cherish the memories we made!

House and facilities were in great shape and fit what was promised. House was clean and very usable for a larger amount of people and most everyone had their own private space and bathroom. One suggestion would be to have firewood available rather than leave to the renters who now have to go and find it. Would go back next year

Amazing Harbor Springs Retreat
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Highlands. The property was fabulous, spacious, and full of amenities. We spent every evening in your wonderful backyard enjoying the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Although we did not need to leave the property to have fun we took advantage of the close proximity of nearby activities (ziplining, beach, shopping, etc) in Harbor Springs and Petosky. Thank you for sharing your property, it is a gem.

This house, which has been newly enlarged, is terrific. It was clean, extremely comfortable and spacious, with a nice backyard area and hot tub. The kitchen was generally well equipped, although missing a few items like a salad spinner, cocktail glasses, etc. Our kids and their cousins loved sharing the bunk room. I would not hesitate to rent it again.

This is a winner for a big group
We had a big family ski trip and chose this property to be our home base. It was fantastic! Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, ski in/ski out access to Boyne Highlands was very convenient and the property was quite spacious. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for fun evenings after the slopes! We would stay again!

This property is awesome! We have stayed here before and we will be returning! It is perfect for a large group. Many beds/baths. We stayed there with our 3 sons and their families. Having 4 master suites allowed each couple space for themselves. The bunk room was great for the older children. The quality of the pots, knives & cook ware was top notch. The back yard was set up for wonderful times around the fire pit and hot tub. The location at the top of the road gave easy access to bike trails The manager was very accessible and helpful. Would love to come again!

This resort house is amazing, it is it’s own private oasis in the summer! The backyard was wonderful for our grandchildren to enjoy- hot tub, grass game area, walking trails, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and lots of comfort furniture. The house layout is perfect for large family or group, every bedroom has a private bath, kitchen is well stocked- unusual in other vacation houses. Living areas had adequate seating and great fireplaces. The beds were a bonus- great linens and wonderful mattresses!! We would highly recommend this place- a great place to retreat after traveling to the Petoskey/ Mackinaw sites. Our family loves the water- just a few miles to Harbor Springs beaches and marinas. Thankyou for sharing this VRBO with another family.

Excellent property for a large family or a large group. My wife and I have 7 adult children, 2 with spouses, 1 with significant other, and 2 grandkids. This house was perfect for all of us to be together for a long weekend, with enough room to do our own thing when we wanted to. The grandkids got their first time on skis this weekend. We are blessed that all could make it. Highly recommend.
