Beautiful home in a wooded area with nice views of Boyne Mountain. Perfectly located for winter activities! Nice amenities. Home has everything needed for a comfortable stay including a Sauna! My family enjoyed our stay and would return.

Ski Retreat
We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this house. The space was cozy and comfortable for our family of four. We loved the view over the hillside and looking for deer in the backyard. The fireplace was particularly nice for those cold evenings while working on a puzzle. We made use of the sauna after a day of skiing. The house is very close to Nubs Knob where we were able to enjoy some skiing. We also went over to Petoskey State Park to look for Petoskey and Charlevoix stones in the waters of Lake Michigan. Finally, we went on a winter rafting adventure. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lookout Lodge for a ski weekend getaway with our family! Plenty of room for the kids and adults to have their separate spaces when necessary and for others to come AprĆØs-ski to hang! Clean, spacious, nicely decorated and so close to Nubs! Fantastic Home Base
We stayed here with another family so we had two couples and four kids. The house was a fantastic setup with its two living rooms and bedrooms on both floors. The fireplace and stocked wood was also a great touch. Extremely easy to get to both Nubs and Boyne for skiing. Property managers and owner were totally professional and provided everything we needed for a smooth check-in and stay.

Loved this home. Appreciated the divided spaces so those who went to bed early and those who stayed up late could still enjoy the home. Central location made it easy to get to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw Island and the surrounding areas. This propertyā€™s pitfall is it needs an adequate coffee pot! šŸ˜ The one in home home takes 40mins to brew 12 cups and you only get a little more than 8! But there is a convenient store not far away with great coffee! Maybe this post will get a new one added to the home. šŸ˜‰

Nice Ski weekend at Boyne Highlands
Very nice, cozy house with a view of the woods and Boyne Highlands mountain. Enjoyed the sauna and views. Very convenient location to Boyne Highlands, <10 minutes. Make sure you have AWD or 4Wheel drive for the winter roads :) Pool at the Trout creek community was also very nice.

Labor Day Family Trip
We decided to take our 3 kids to Mackinac Island for the 1st time over Labor Day Weekend. We chose this house based on its central location. It was perfect! 30 minutes to the Mackinac Island ferry, 20 minutes to Petoskey & 10 minutes into Harbor Springs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. What a beautiful view from the family room! We had a great family vacation & would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend staying here.

Family Get Away
We loved this property. It was perfect for our family get away. The house had everything we needed & the location is perfect. We took some day trips to Mackinac Island & the UP, enjoyed the nearby state parks & loved visiting the darling towns of Petosky & Harbor Springs. We had no issues but when we had a question regarding the sauna, both the owner & property manager were so responsive & helpful. We would recommend this property & hope to visit again ourselves

Great Vacation House
We had an amazing experience renting this house for our vacation. The house itself was beautiful and everything was in fantastic condition. The pictures did not do it justice! The hiking trails right outside the door was an added bonus. The only complaint I have was the dishwasher did not wash the dishes well at all. When we first arrived we had to check the dishes carefully before using and many had to be rewashed.

Beautiful home with access to the Trout Creek indoor pool and hot tub. Close distance to Nubs or Highlands. Loved the sauna and fireplace. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Also loved the lower level rec room and bedrooms for our teen kids.
