My boyfriend and I stayed here for a friend’s wedding weekend. Very convenient to the downtown area and helped us save some money. When we arrived it felt unusually humid. I reached out to Diane to see if they had a dehumidifier we could use. She made a special trip after work to bring us one which made it so much more comfortable! Great hospitality!

The house is clean, well-furnished and well-equipped, and very comfortable. We used the house as our base for several days of visiting friends, sightseeing, and fishing, so while we were not there much, we enjoyed the time we did spend there. We misinterpreted the distance from downtown Harbor Springs—we thought it would be an easy walk and didn’t realize that there were no sidewalks for about a mile, but the drive to down was easy. We would stay again!

Our three night stay with our pup was very comfortable. Just be aware that the road is close and highly traveled so traffic noise is constant. The location is convenient to any of the local areas. The house was very clean and well equipped.

It is meticulously maintained with excellent appliances ... and they are very conscientious and thoughtful (e.g. Diane was clearning the outdoor grill the day before we checked in and Tony shoveled the snow at 7am the morning after a night's snowfall! Very highly commend their "cozy nest"!

We wanted to visit some family in the area, see the fall colors, and be able to bring our German Shepherd. This cute little "nest" worked perfectly. We were close to the tunnel of trees, Pond Hill Farm, and our family that live in Petoskey. The only suggestion I have is that the chairs in the living room are not very comfortable. Everything else was great! Thank you!
