As the houses is wonderfully situated in the „middle“ of le Marche you can decide every day anew, whether to go to the beach or the mountains. Step right out of the house and stock up on some culture in the medieval towns and cities everywhere around you. Just around the corner you'll find the historical town of Fermo with cathedral, roman cisterns, museums, theatre, a big market place and many boutiques. You need only 20-30 minutes to the beach and 30-40 minutes to the mountains. Enjoy shopping and beach-life in the beautiful town of Porto San Giorgo or hiking, climbing and mountain-biking in the magical Sibillian Mountains.
From the ample terraces you can enjoy the panoramic view over the typical hillside to the often snow covered mountains. The guest house is spacious and well equipped for year round living - cool in summer & warm in winter.

Ein toller Urlaub
Der Aufenthalt bei Margitta und Reinhold war großartig und das Haus ist ein Traum. Genau das Richtige für Alle die Ruhe suchen und das ursprüngliche Italien erleben möchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Tage bei Margitta und Rei
Ein herzlicher Empfang, ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, freistehend, umgeben von Olivenhainen und ein eigener Weinberg direkt vor der Haustür...wir dachten so etwas gibt es es nicht...😎...bis wir in die Capannha Margerita kamen. Alles ist sehr sauber und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Esstisch mit frischen Blumen und hauseigenem Rotwein wartete einladend auf uns nach einem kurzen Ryanairflug und einer ca. 50 minütigen Fahrt mit dem Auto vom Flughafen in Pescara. Mit dem Mietwagen erkundeten wir die Gegend und genossen die mittelalterlichen Städte wie z.B. Fermo, wo das typisch italienische Leben pulsiert. Landschaftlich ähnlich der Toscana, zahlt man hier in den Marken z.B. für einen Cappuccino nur etwa €1,50 😌 Ganz besonders genossen haben wir den landschaftlich eindrucksvollen Weg zu den wunderbaren Stränden in Grottamare und Porto St. Giorgio (sehr empfehlenswert zum shoppen 😄)
Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft von MARGITTA und Reinhold sehr genossen ... Sie standen uns mit Tipps jeglicher Art immer zur Verfügung ... So freuen wir uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.
