It was a fabulous low cost hotel. The room was spacious. The shower was excellent The staff was terrific. The bed very comfortable.

Hotel muito mal cuidado com a pintura mal feita, reboco caindo, azulejos que parecem barracos de favela. Além disso, o hotel anuncia que tem restaurante e serviço de quarto - o que é uma MENTIRA!!! Pelo mesmo preço, existem opções muito melhores na cidade. O dono fica circulando de camiseta e chinelo pela propriedade sem nenhum postura de profissional do setor hoteleiro. Nenhum funcionário usa uniforme - seguindo o exemplo do dono. Jamais voltaria nesse hotel e não recomendo a ninguém.

O hotel tem uma boa localização, a equipe é muito educada e o café da manhã é bem servido, com várias opções de suco, bolo, pães, frutas, etc. Sentimos um pouco de falta de cuidado com pequenas manutenções: a porta da varanda não dava pra trancar e ficava de frente pra rua (estávamos no primeiro andar então ficamos um pouco receosos), o suporte de toalha de rosto estava soltando e caiu 2x, a luz da banheira não dava pra apagar em um dos dias e dormimos com ela acesa, até conseguirmos apagar na tarde do dia seguinte. Mesmo pedindo para verificar esses pontos durante a estadia, não tivemos a manutenção desses itens.

Uma ótima experiência
Muito confortável e bem localizado, com um café da manhã incrível. Se está indo conhecer Teresópolis, é uma ótima opção. Quando chegamos, percebemos que a limpeza do quarto precisava de mais atenção com alguns detalhes, no entanto as limpezas seguintes foram excelentes. O quarto em sim também parecia de uns retoques na pintura, o espelho do banheiro tinha um pedaço quebrado e os portais e rodapés também precisam de uma atenção. No que se refere ao atendimento, quando precisamos, os funcionários se mostraram atenciosos e solícitos. A área de lazer é uma comodidade a parte, o terraço com academia e piscina oferece um ótimo local para sentar, respirar e desacelerar com uma bela vista de parte do entorno. Gostamos muito dos nossos dias no hotel e pretendemos voltar :)

Foi uma boa experiência, o quarto é confortável e possui os itens essenciais. Só faltou uma televisão smart para conectar apps como Netflix, mas não fez tanta diferença nessa estadia que foi curta. A piscina também, poderia ter um aquecedor e não estava tão limpa, mas deu pra minha filha aproveitar. A academia é muito boa, consegui realizar muito bem minha atividade física. O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade e bom sabor.

Quarto pouco conservado, com móveis desgastados e com manchas aparentes em paredes e móveis. A cadeira do quarto apresentava uma mancha no estofado e mesa estava com vários sinais de desgaste nas extremidades. Baixa disponibilidade de tomadas (sem tomadas disponíveis na mesa, somente um ponto de tomada atrás de uma das camas - difícil para quem quer usar um laptop, por exemplo). Manchas nos lençóis, piso do banheiro com sinais de pouca limpeza (amarelado nos cantos), temperatura da água do banho bem difícil de controlar. Ar condicionado parecia não dar vazão. Por fim, café da manhã frio, dificuldade de conseguir ovos mexidos - reposição inexistente, era preciso pedir individualmente e mesmo assim vinham ovos mexidos frios, com aspecto de que já estavam rolando há algum tempo na cozinha. São poucas as vezes que eu trago uma avaliação negativa, mas me senti na obrigação de fazê-la por conta da experiência bem sofrível.

Check-in rápido, recepção atenciosa. Única observação é que o hotel não tem conhecimento dos veículos que estão estacionados internamente. Como são poucas vagas internas, um veículo mal estacionado não pode ser contatado para estacionar corretamente porque os veículos não são cadastrados na recepção (claro, refiro-me aos estacionados dentro do hotel)
