Excelente
Hotel Fazenda muito bonito, com chalés novos e bem cuidados. Muitos animais bem cuidados para ver com as crianças: coelho, cabra, porcos, cavalo, boi, bezerro, cavalo, galinhas, pavão, arara, papagaio, etc.
Ótima estrutura para grupos, com quadras, campo de futebol.
Atendimento nota 10. Café da manhã excelente.
Tem muitas subidas e escadas, então para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção seria um problema. Também não possui um restaurante, o que limita principalmente à noite (é pegar carro para Itaipava ou pedir Ifood).

A fazenda tem muito potencial, vista bonita, instalação do quarto nova. Mas:
Não tem recepção adequada e muito menos física após 17:00h
Segurança do local inexistente
