The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely awesome. Customer service was on point. He was attentive and i truly believe he wasnted us to have an enjoyable stay. He was knowledgeable of the area and very welcoming.

The Franklin is a nice hotel but not worth the $500 plus that they charged me for one night. The closest parking is 2 1/2 blocks away and if it was raining, I would've been soaked. It's a nice small hotel but again not worth the money.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast. Great bar through the green door open in the evenings. Note that there are stairs to get to some of the rooms. The recommended parking garage is a couple blocks away, so not the most convenient.

This hotel is in a great location, very walkable and everything. Lots of good places to eat and lots of good things to see in the area. Staff is especially nice, thoughtful and helpful. I felt very safe and taken care of here as a single person. The breakfast was outstanding, having been an owner of a bed-and-breakfast for many years surprised at how much thought they put into the buffet.

One block from Rittenhouse Square Park; near shopping on Chestnut and Walnut Streets; near Kimmel Center for Performing Arts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is elegant but limited. This was our second stay at the hotel. We've met interesting people at breakfast both times.

A lovely hotel with a prime location. It's an older property, so it doesn't have some of the amenities you might be used to in other hotels (such as thermostats for air conditioning in the room; the plumbing is old and the rooms are fairly small). But it is cozy and comfortable and a hell of a location.
