With a stylish and trendy Bohemian Style design, along with many lighting options to set the mood, a large mounted 65 inch TV in the living room, brand new comfortable couches, ceiling fan, central heat and AC (we also provide an extra powerful AC unit for summer months), breakfast bar so your group can enjoy dining together, King Bed in the master with a 40 inch TV, tap/touch lamps in the bedrooms, large kitchen with many amenities, board games, and more - we feel you will have a great stay!

Within a few miles of Swarthmore College, Widener University, Philadelphia Airport, Media, Crozier and Taylor hospitals, many parks and hiking trails (near Swarthmore College), designated parking in our lot, walking distance to the train and bus station that can take you to Philadelphia and surrounding areas, laundromat in walking distance one block away, few miles from I-95 and 476 (the Blue Route), and down the street from the main road with a large variety of dining and shopping options.

Perfect for students to live off campus, workers who are in town to complete a job/corporate housing, guests here to visit family/students/friends, alumni, digital nomads, and those needing a comfortable place to stay while passing through town! Many local hangouts around, including restaurants, grocery food stores, shopping centers, bars, a great Target connected to Springfield Mall!

You will have a designated parking spot in the lot directly to the right of the building, please be sure to use the exact spot we provide you with as each spot is designated to a tenant.

This is a pet friendly listing, we love our pets a much as you do! Please notify us when booking as to how many pets will be coming, if they are dogs please note the breed, weight, and if it is long or short haired. It is $35 for dogs under 40 lbs, $50 for dog over 40 lbs. This platform only allows you to add 1 pet when booking so if you more we can add the extra pet fees once booked.

This is a strict no party apartment, so please respect our property as if it were your own. We appreciate it so much! Any damages must be reimbursed by guest, guest count on reservation must be accurate to the amount entering the unit.
