Was unsure after reading mixed reviews. We had an excellent stay in an 11th floor corner suite. Clean and comfortable. Great location. Walk to everything. Good breakfast. Very nice stay.

Unfortunately, it was a flood at 4:00 in the morning and persons on the 7th floor and below evacuated to the lobby. We stayed in the lobby for a short while, then left the hotel. The hotel did call in remediation personnel right away and fire personnel for the elevator. The manager did a great job, as best he could. I was refunded for that night.

It was a great location. Lots of parking options, easy to load/unload. Our room was small but cute. Great views! Air conditioner was either broken or not working properly. The room was very hot!

I think I would have enjoyed my stay if I was there any other time. My first night I had just arrived from a long delayed flight. Apparently a pipe burst overnight setting of alarms. It was hard to get any sleep the first night. Then to wake up and realize they weren't providing breakfast due to flood. They said I would be compensated but that never happened. Also only having 1 out of 2 elvators working after the incident. I spent 15-20mins at times waiting for the elevator.

Do not let the lobby fool you. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The room was smaller than anticipated but I wasn’t there for the room. I parked in residential area bc it was a Sunday and no tow or ticket. Breakfast, uhhhhh just skip it. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Close to Rothman and Jefferson Hospitals
My husband and I stayed here because I was having surgery at Rothman Orthopedics. The hotel is close to the hospital. The overall ambience of the hotel is fantastic- everything from the paint colors to the artwork is very well thought out. I had requested a room close to the elevator- our room was right off the elevator and the staff was thoughtful enough to give us an accessible room eventhough we didn't request it. This was a life saver due to the fact I did not have to try to step over a bathtub. My husband said the complementary breakfast was very good. We had dinner at The Libertine, which is connected to the hotel - fabulous!!!
