Staff were awesome as always. Shower head was fantastic! Our room had a drawer that would not shut. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bath room tub was pealing.

We enjoyed our time here. Our room on the 11th floor had a great view of the river and BF bridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower and sink drains drained very slowly and our phone in the room didn’t work. The front desk said they were aware of these issues. Stayed Thurs-Sun and didn’t receive housekeeping. I guess we should have requested it. The rooms were pretty basic in terms of amenities — no robes or anything like that. The location was great for walking around and ride share pick ups. The indoor pool and outdoor balcony on the 4th floor were nice.

When we checked in, we were given a room that was not cleaned when we got to it - bed unmade, towels on floor, opened closet. Then, out new room had two pieces of (?) dog kibble on the floor. The themostat was stuck on 60, but the room felt hot and stuffy. Fan did not adjust when I tried to move it. Our bed smelled like ??? and the room almost had a moldy smell to it. Hard to sleep wondering WHAT was causing the smell. Not the best stay.

It was a good location and easy to get around. The walls were super thin so with the music next door for Summerfest and then people coming back late at night - it felt like everyone was in our room. Housekeeping did not service our room.

Told me the room i reserve not available. Send me to Marriot only to be turn down. Come back here and get the room that smell cigarette. I travel with 2 kids. All that took 2 hrs to get this stinks room. I wont be back here

The Hilton at Penn's Landing was an amazing stay for both my partner and I. We took a red eye flight and the staff at Hilton came through completely to accommodate our early arrival. The view was amazing, the bed so comfy, and the shower was one of the best I've had in my life. Accessibility through and across town by public transportation is also a plus. And the pool and dry sauna were everything we needed to take a load off.

Room was poor quality with hardly functional furnishings and fixtures Devon the garage manager for valet was fantastic and went out of his way to help me when I had a dead battery.

My niece and I came into town for a concert and had a great time and a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved how it was within walking distance of the some great attractions or even a short bike ride. Can not wait to come back and stay again.

We had a river view- phenomenal! Breakfast buffet was good.. there was a variety to choose from. Stayed here because we were attending a concert at Freedom Mortgage Pavillion. Will definitely do it again. The ferry ride is right by the hotel.
