Overall stay was nice. However the hotel could use a few upgrades especially in the laundry and pool areas. Since the pool area isn’t ventilated, there is mold growing on the cushions on the chairs. The machines in the laundry room need to be cleaned.

Perfect for our family of 5
We are a family of five. It's always a struggle to find a single room that will fit our whole family when we travel. We usually need a second room, which we do not want to do because it splits up our family (with three pre-teens). This hotel had a room that had a convertible sofa in addition to two queen-sized beds. It was perfect. The location was also great because it was right in the city and right across the Reading Market.

Friendly staff. Free water bottle upon arrival. Don’t forget to ask if not offered. Train departure was later in the evening. Staff allowed wife and I to hang around their lobby. Will return

Hotel does not offer Hotel Valet or Parking. You have to park in the parking garage next door and pay over $60 a day which the hotel does not state on their website. You would also have to lug your luggage up and down floors and to the hotel on your own. Asked for towels and extra blankets multiple times and and had to constantly remind them and didnt get them til super late at night or the next day. Was also kicked out of dinning area because we sat in the lobby an hour after we checked out of the room waiting for our ride. Ice machine on 6th floor was broken, Room was not clean, had hand prints all over the furniture. No Filled shampoo or body was in rooms.

Disappointing customer service
The staff was very nice. Check in was quick and easy. We checked in at night. When we got to the room our 2 children were ready for bed. We opened the pull out couch so they could go to sleep. The sheet was very wet. It was wet enough that the mattress was also wet. We called down to the front desk. She was very nice and said she will take care of it. That was the last we heard of it. Luckily we travel with an air mattress since you never know. The kids had to sleep on that. The room smelled like wet linens after that. I put the sheet outside in the hallway where it sat for the entire day until someone moved it to the emd of the hall.the sheet was also stained.

I loved the staff and service, the room itself was awesome and the location is just across from the Philadelphia Convention Center. It was a well weekend and would love to returnin the future for trading card game tournaments.

Puppy trip
My daughter and I came to Philly to pick up her new puppy. We had a great stay and the Reading Market across the street was amazing!
