My room was fully equipped, clean and large. Breakfast was a disappointment because there was a poor choice of boxed breakfast cereal (all sugary) and poor choice of yogurt (all sugar free). Also, no bananas. Air conditioner was a bit noisy going on and off but kept cold during the heat wave.

The room was nice enough. The full kitchenette was convenient, bed was comfy, and the location is quiet. However when coming back late at night we found that the back door remained unlocked all night. We happened to be staying for the week that they were changing locks on all the rooms. That meant that we didnt have a key to our room for 2 days and had to ask staff to let us in our room. They did not skip occupied rooms so on day 3 workers had full access to ours. Thankfully, we didnt have any valuables and the staff are awesome so I was comfortable with it. Speaking of the staff, everyone is so nice there! Night managers were always happy to go out of their way to walk us to our room. The breakfast attendent became a quick friend that i looked forward to talking to each morning. And even the maintainence staff changing the door locks were friendly and respectful. Breakfast was pretty tasty too.

My husband & I had a very friendly and pleasant experience checking in. Denise was at the desk and she was great. Very efficient, professional and friendly. Our room was great. It was pretty clean, the only thing I thought the floor could probably use a better mopping. There was construction going on but really didn't make that much noise to be annoying. Plus we were out most of the day anyway so no problem. Breakfast was much better than we expected and the staff there was very efficient, hard working and friendly. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Staff was sooo rude and not friendly at all. Zero communication between employees… my flight was delayed and I was going to be checking in late and there was no record of me talking to another worker there even though she said she would make a note. Front desk staff with short hair was very rude, short, and straight up disrespectful. Will highly recommend people should not be ever staying here.

Can't complain too much.
In town for a graduation and graduation party. Wanted to check in early bc the graduation started at 3:00 and check in was at 3:00, and we needed to get changed and cleaned up after our 4 hour trip down. We even told them that even an hour early would have been so greatly appreciated, but it was a no go. Couldn't get an early check in. We made the reservations 3 months in advance, maybe if we would have asked ahead of time they maybe would have done it, so couldn't really be too upset bc it was our dum fault for not asking ahead of time. But other than that, the stay was pretty good. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, no big deal. And do not try taking any food back to your room from the free breakfast that they have. We went down the last morning of our stay and the cops were there bc I guess someone was trying to take food! A lil extreme to call the police, I thought.....Also a big shout out to Luca (pretty sure that was his name) the new guy at the front desk- we gave him a run for his money when checking in!! My mom and I were splitting the bill for our 2 night stay, each of us wanting to put our half of the bill on our credit cards, which was a different card than the one we used to hold our room when making the reservation, it was confusing for me, so I can just imagine how he felt! But he handled it all like a pro and got it straightened around for us!👍😁
