First Time with MainStay - For Business & Medical
This was my first stay with MainStay Suites. I was staying here to attend medical appointments nearby and complete work virtually. The room had fantastic amenities, kitchen area, and the hotel was quiet overnight even with it being nearby to major roadways. The staff was also accommodating in addition to attentive to guest needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great value, VERY clean and well kept
I'll start with the positive. My room was spotless. I have stayed at quite a few places like this-ensuite kitchen-and this was the cleanest one I have ever stayed at. The kitchens was equipped with dishes and complete utensils for 4 people. There was just enough cookware to get the job done and the appliances were all full size and seemed new. I was very nice. The room was clean and very usable and the bathroom was "home" clean...there was no mold, peeling caulk, there were NO water spots even, and this is surprising because Hatboro water is HARD. The cleaning staff should be commended. Issues I had, the mattress was worn, there was a noticeable spot where the bed sagged. Also, this is a pet friendly hotel and my first night there, there were two dogs "communicating" with each other through the walls. The barking did stop around 10 PM. The breakfast was a big step above the typical Continental breakfast. There were eggs in some style every day as well as a type of breakfast meat. I was actually surprised at the quality of all the other offerings. My only complaint would be the quality of the coffee, but hey, if you add enough sugar, you can manage. I Never rave so much, especially about suites, but this set the bar a lot higher for all the other places. Well done!

While the reception clerk - Luka- was absolutely amazing, the hotel is very old snd outdated. Very small rooms and poor decor. Bathroom doesn’t have shower gel or conditioner. No lotion either:(

It was ok. The rooms are very small and congested. The beds and pillows are terrible. The double beds are small and uncomfortable. I had hard time falling sleep. There was strong smell of Marijuana on the hallway and facility premise. I saw and smelled 1 smoking outside as I was grabbing something from out after check in not sure if it’s staff or guest. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast area is very small and not a lot of hot item choice. I had to wait and squeeze through to get something to eat. Still it was not what I wanted as there was a lot people with very little room to get by.

Lots of people had dogs, which I didn't even know was allowed. I'm allergic to dogs so I kept my distance. Breakfast was simple, very standard. My wife and I were both sore from the bed after 2 nights, mattress wasn't very firm. Shower leaked water on the floor each time and toilet handle had to be wiggled a few times before it would stop running. TV is in room was definitely not high def either. Staff was nice though.

My mom and I stayed this past weekend and it was amazing. The staff were really sweet and welcoming. They didn’t clean our rooms while we were there and I think it’s because they clean the room once we check out, but if you need your room clean, you can definitely ask them.

Trash left in hallways and overall bad odor. The shower had absolutely no water pressure and took forever to get hot. Many strangers hanging around lobby after hours. Overall was not a hotel we would return to. Staff was friendly.
