Wonderful hotel.
Beautiful hotel in city center Philly. Nice amenities including a quality hotel gym. My only complaint is the breakfast was incredibly expensive. It was $30 for one person! Also valet parking was around $57 for one night.

Great hotel that was centrally localized. Easy to get to subway and buses. Added expense was the parking garage which I was not expecting. $50 /night plus tax. Other that that added expense we had a wonderful time in Philly!

This was my first time visiting and I was not familiar with the area so I took a chance after reading the reviews. What a lovely surprise! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and with a smile. Upon checking in, Marlena was a breathe a fresh air. Our room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. I would definitely recommend and we hope to return.

Came on a solo travel as a first-time Philly trip. I love the Hyatt and this is one of my favorite stays so far. Great, helpful and friendly staff. I felt comfortable the whole time as a black/POC woman. The hotel itself is very clean and had great snack/ quick meal choices by the check-in area. One thing I can say is the veiw wasn’t that great, but I’m guessing because the hotel was located in-between buildings. Overall, 10/10 experience!

All of the staff were lovely. The hotel is centrally located and well maintained. The problems- My bed sagged to the floor. Our door did not close by itself which was particularly delightful when we came back to the room in the evening and the door was open. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms which is ludicrous in the US. The shower floor was incredibly slippery and there are no bars in the shower to hold onto. I had to ask for a bat mat for the first time in my life. Finally, there are lights on the bottom of the beds which turn on automatically, possibly through motion sensors, which cannot be manually turned off. Drove us crazy. Ridiculously designed hotel.
