The breakfast was awful! Their was no batter for the pancakes and waffles, and when I asked if they could be refilled the front desk person sai " she didnt fill them today " she being, I guess, the staffer in charge of breakfast. The coffee machine only dispensed hot water and the bread was fairly stale. The hotel itself was very nice,newlyrenovsted and cheerfully decorated for theholidays. But for a decent breakfast we went across the street to the Cracker Barrell.

Property was dirty. Tub didn’t drain. Staff was flippant, shuttle driver rude. Convenient to airport and am a repeat customer but will rethink next time I travel.

I would not stay here again. I wasn’t expecting this to be a luxury stay but given the weather dropped to 40/50 degrees at night, blankets would have been nice. The thin sheet with an even thinner comforter was uncomfortable. We had to use the heater all night to stay warm which was extremely noisy and made the room suffocating. The choice was be cold or stuffy with a loud machine. And they charged a $250 for a deposit. Crazy

This Microtel is very good. Clean, newer, well maintained and updated. The only problem I had with my room was that the television did not work. Wasn’t a major problem as I was only there overnight but still would have been nice to be able to watch some tv.

I will not stay here again. Apparently the carpet & chairs had been cleaned , I guess. The floor was quite wet! We were offered by the very nice check in person a change of rooms but that wasn’t good because we had to get out to Lincoln Stadium. We settled on extra towels to soak up damp flood. The clerk came to the room. The chairs were wet as well, we got our clothes wet upon sitting there. The cleaning person who cleaned the room did a poor job not even wiping & sanitizing the room counters. First time in Micro tel.. last. I also can’t understand a $250 deposit against a card.. more than the cost of the room. I took pictures of the dirty areas that were not cleaned because we discovered this problem just before check out and at that point I forgot. I do have pictures. Just find out the cleaning person for the room that day.. Terrible!!The wetness was absolutely the worst!!!
