Overall the hotel was really nice. Had a pretty decent view, however the window was so dirty and cloudy, couldn’t see very well. Would have been nice to get some great pictures from the 16th floor.

Valet was not attentive and non communicating when we arrived. We paid $60 for valet and wifi and valet could not stop leaning against the wall. We we thinking we would have to bring our own bags in but then finally bellhop came and he agreed valet was terrible. Front desk people were nice and accomodating. The next day went to straighten out the bedding and the blanket was deplorable. Expedia did not deduct 1 dime but they did get the hotel to drop their charges. I feel expedia should have done more with their charge and the hotel needs room inspections from the health department

Staff manager at 2am shift was very helpful to get us a king size bed which I had asked for. Another staff member was saying she is not able to and was giving me 2 double beds which I didn’t want.
