1 hr before check-out they always knock the door
It is not the first time this happened to us. It is uncomfortable housekeeping knowing that we have until 11am, they are knocking at our door at 10am. The toilet seat was broken. The comforter has two stains.

Room did not look clean at all.There was trash on the bathroom floor in two places. Which suggests that they hadn't even tried to clean the floor. I took picture of the floor and very old AC.There was a piece of furniture of unknown origin right on the floor in the room. I think that is enough for you to know.

The entire building was disgusting! It was all run down, the elevator was sketchy and barely worked. The entire place reeked of cigarettes, including the room.
