Small Space, found hair in my shower that wasn’t mines, asked for Kate check out and they agreed, but in the morning they bang on my room door told me there was no late check out. The manager tried to resolve the issue with a shirt and snacks which I appreciate, but it was embarrassing to have some one yell And say there is no late check out instead of calling the room to tell me.

The good: 1. Excellent location in downtown Philly. 2. Good size room that appears to be updated in the past year or so. 3. Effective AC and Heat. 4. Comfortable Bed. The middle: 1. Price was a little higher than what we wanted, but it was acceptable. The bad: Nothing to note!

For the price this hotel is good for a quick stay. Pros: It’s location allows for easy walkability, nice staff, comfortable beed Cons:limited breakfast consisting of only carbs and yogurt, very loud city noises ( if room faces walnut ), garbage window unit ac that’s super loud Overall for the price I’d give it a 3.5/4 out of 5

The hotel locks its doors at night, requiring guests to ring a bell for entry, which suggests what to expect. The room was compact but comfortable, with a decent bed and a working TV. The AC needed a reset, but it functioned well. The bathroom floor felt a bit grimy, possibly from lotion left by a prior guest. Breakfast looked typical for a mid-range hotel, with options like waffles, cereals, and muffins, though I didn’t try it due to my diet. It’s a small hotel with a cramped, somewhat quirky elevator. The place has a unique vibe, almost like it used to be a shelter or apartment building, with a vinyl banner for signage. They photocopy IDs upon check-in, citing fraud concerns, which felt off-putting. Overall, I’d stay here again for a short trip but would recommend it selectively.
