The space
Built in the early 1800s, this stone-front trinity is close to bustling Main Street in Manayunk. A trinity is unique to Philadelphia but means a three-story house with a room on each floor.

**Please make sure you are comfortable negotiating winding stairways.**

The house is cozy and perfect for a single person or one or two couples.
The house is small in scale but is outfitted with everything you need.

The first floor includes a kitchen, living room, and dining area. Stairs to the basement lead to the washer and dryer. A small patio with chairs is located in the back.
The second floor has a bedroom with a closet and a full bath. The hall closet is a supply closet and is locked.
The third floor has a bedroom with a full-sized bed.

Cute and Clean
The house was super cute and clean. We had a great stay, the only issue was parking. The free lot that we were directed to was more of a patch of grass that we had to drive up onto a curb to get to. I still definitely recommend booking but be aware parking might be rough.

Super Charming Cottage in an urban setting
Super charming 2 bedroom cottage in a neighborhood with a lot of activity. I was in town for a wedding so I did not get a chance to walk much, but it looked like a diverse group of people with a young person vibe. Everything was five star for the cottage inside and out. I will give it a slight ding for parking, but that's kinda standard for an urban neighborhood.

Perfect Stay
This place is as advertised, clean, and close to so much. We planned on cooking at least one night, but there were too many restaurants to try that we ate out every night. Place was well appointed. As other posters have mentioned and the owner has mentioned the stairs are very narrow, it’s a renovated old home. If someone in your group has mobility issues, it’s likely this area isn’t right for you. However, if you take the stairs slow there is no issue. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Loved Staying in Manayunk.
Came in with a friend for a concert at the Mann music center. We took an Uber and made it there in 15 minutes. The apartment is clean, adorable and an easy walk down to Main Street. The only complaint I have is not about the apartment but about parking. It can be very difficult to find a spot to park, especially when you have to move your car every two hours. The host shared a lot that was free and just around the corner, which did come in handy if you can find a spot in there.

Absolute Perfection
We loved our stay in this beautiful historic home. It was just what we needed and it felt like an oasis in the countryside of England while being seconds from Manayunk. The cold water waiting in the fridge made our day. It’s the small courtesies in this home that made it so comfortable and welcoming. Great place in a fabulous location.

Performance
Our daughter was in an opera in the Venice Island theater and this apartment was a perfect place to stay. One should be aware and careful of the steep, winding stairs but I loved the location and the historical feeling to the place. I would highly recommend it.

beautiful quiet cottage
My boyfriend brought our son down to Philadelphia for kids attractions for his 3rd birthday. The location the house is in is amazing as well, it was only a 40minute drive to Camden to see the aquarium and only a few minutes from the philadelphia zoo. Since it’s such tight traffic and narrow roads we were able to walk everywhere in the neighborhood. There’s tons of shops and corner gas stations and restaurants nearby in a walking distance so you don’t even have to worry about really using your car unless you’re leaving Manayunk. The beds are a little stiff but it was not terrible or unbearable by any means. Everything in the cottage is absolutely gorgeous, wasn’t crazy about the rug in the living room it’s some kind of twine material and just did not feel pleasant at all on your feet. The steps we knew were narrow but was not prepared for how steep they are too it was intimidating the first day but you quickly get used to it. The host supplied baby gates but the only areas they’re able to fit in are the bedroom doorframes itself because the staircase and textured walls don’t hold the gates well, it’s definitely not ideal to bring your toddler here unless you’re not spending a lot of time in it like we did. Also felt nervous that my toddler was going to break something in such a fragile older home lol

Great neighborhood spot
Walking distance to everything. Cozy place for a nice get-away. Quiet neighborhood right up the road from town. Rental requires ability to walk up narrow stairs. Highly recommend!

Lovely Townhouse in Manayunk
Overall great stay, I especially appreciated that they were flexible with pets coming. The only issue was parking which they represent correctly, it is just very hard to park in that lot. Also, bathroom sink was very small but otherwise great stay, would recommend

Thoughtful and pleasant
We weren’t able to spend much time at the property, but from what we saw the property is lovely. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Be aware that the roads are very narrow in Manayunk. We learned from experience that navigating the streets in a minivan was simply not going to happen without your car playing bumper cars in with the cars of the locals.

Teeny Tiny Apartment w/ Deadly Staircase
It's not that the photos are inaccurate, they are just misleading. The site claims there is 1+1/2 bath - false. The stairs are literally carved out of the wall and treacherous to navigate. Getting luggage to the 3rd floor was a death defying feat. The only "living space" was the tiny front room. Fortunately we were "out" all day & basically only slept there. We were very disappointed and would not recommend.

All the comforts of home!
We had a great stay at the cottage. It was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with kitchen appliances/cookware, the beds/sheets were very comfortable, and the ease of communication with the owner was great. We would definitely come back!
