The hotel was excellent. The room was well-supplied and comfortable. It was within blocks of the Reading Terminal market, which is great for a quick breakfast and/or for shopping for dinner. As I have grown more comfortable with the neighborhood, free overnight parking can be found on the street - remember, you are in a city, so leave nothing in the car. There's a small park north of the hotel that looks like a nice short walk. The area is growing and I expect many more neighborhood businesses in 2025.

Very convenient for the trade show center. Noise from neighboring units was a small issue but overall this was a very comfy place to stay.

Loved the Sonder. The only issues were minor 1. original door code didn't work - but got a new one via chat on my phone in minutes 2. ductwork made a loud noise when the heat went on and off - but i got used to it after the first night Staff was WONDERFUL - great concierge staff, online support excellent, service staff excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Philadelphia.

The walls were so thin I could hear everything going on in the next room. The bed was like a futon and the humidity was so high in the room. I also saw three bugs in the shower and there were many corners that hadn’t been dusted. The building was fine but for what was advertised I was disappointed

Great hotel and services.
Absolutely terrific room and hotels. There was an error with the booking and we were given a different room than what we booked. It took some time on our first night through to rectify this, hotel was full so nothing could be done. It left a bitter taste in our mouth as the welcome to Philadelphia, but we still enjoyed the property, rooftop area and spaciousness of the rooms.

Nice spacious renovated apartment. Kitchen was fantastic, new with everything you would need. Washer and dryer was a bonus for us to reset before we continued with our travels. Would like to rate this stay higher, however the mattress was incredibly hard, very difficult to sleep. We used a spare duvet cover under us to try and make it softer. Very uncomfortable. The walls are incredibly thin, you can hear people in other apartments. Handles etc coming off the walls, drawers unable to close. Not sure if these have been installed cheaply. Street parking if you are lucky. Average stay overall.

Great long weekend in Philly
very comfortable, clean, with cool views from the roof toward center city and the surrounding neighborhood. Sometimes could hear a bit of sound from adjacent apartments. Great temp control (coming from a person who runs cold). I wished I could take the little armchair home with me. There’s a music venue right around the corner where I impulsively went for a show.

Fine but weird space
This was a really weird space. There were only two windows that opened and one had no screen, the AC and WiFi were both inconsistent. The shower was difficult to get to work correctly. Generally it just wasn't comfortable. This was the first time that I had tried a Sonder property and probably won't do so again.

Great Philly Stay
The accommodations and space were great. The kitchen was well equipped.Only gripes were the beds,the couch and no TV's in the bedroom. The beds and couch were low to the ground and very firm. The couch was very wide and not comfortable to sit on. I think adding TVs to the bedroom would be great because I like to watch TV in bed at night. Staff we encountered were nice and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay for a group.Location was walkable.
