•Cozy seating table that extends to seat 4 people ( 2 more foldable chairs in the living room closet).

SECOND FLOOR
•Full bathroom with tub jets. **Please make sure water is over jets before turning jets on**
•Bedroom 1 with Full Bed
•Master Bedroom with Queen size bed.
•Master Bedroom also has a work desk, full length mirror, zen corner w/ single chaise to enjoy a book and access to small deck. **Please no more than 2 people on deck at same time. This is for your safety**

From cocktail bars to dives, high-dining to quick-service stops, Fishtown has plenty to offer in the way of dining and entertainment.
SEPTA’s Market-Frankford Line stops on Girard Avenue, right in the middle of the action. Fishtown is also accessible by bus, the Route 15 trolley and by car.

Trash day is Friday. Trash bin is kept by the side door, and the bin can be taken to the curb Thursday night or early Friday morning. We would really appreciated it if you can help us with this.
→Thermostat in the living room ONLY controls heat.
The living room and bedrooms have AC window units.

Please do not have more than 2 people at a time on the deck.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
- We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident.
- No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
- No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

- Must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion
-Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
-Primary guest ID must match the name on my profile when checked by my host, and if there is anyone under 21 in the group the person booking & checking in must be over 25.
