Hotel looks recently renovated and clean. Some of the furnishings and fixtures are showing signs of wear and tear and could use some refurbishing, but everything else looks well maintained. Staff reception are very kind and speak fluent English. Housekeeping and restaurant staff struggle with English, but they try their best and are friendly - Lobby off the main road is current under renovation, so you have to enter at the back and walk through their restaurant to a makeshift reception desk - I received a coupon to use at the restaurant, but it’s still quite expensive even with the discount for what you get. Not worth it IMO - Room quite spacious. Bed a bit stiff, but still comfortable - Good air con to cool the room - Machines in the gym were okay. A few dumbbells were nice to have - Pool looks nice and clean, but didn’t use - Clean kettle with coffee, tea, and water bottles provided. Cups looked a bit dirty though - Towels and bed sheets in great condition - Housekeeping tend to forget to replenish some items - Good and stable WiFi - Flip-flops provided - Bedside power ports Overall decent value

This was a top notch stay. Everything was amazing including my view, amenities and the staff attention. The pool was particularly delicious after sunset and food at the restaurant was good. My opinion might be slightly biased by paying off-season rates, but I was quite impressed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. The staff were all friendly and helpful (albeit I don’t tend to ask for much). Breakfast was decent and changed each of my three days, with a few constants like toast and coffee. And the pool on top was relaxing. Overall, I was expecting far less for what I paid. Location-wise, the hotel is reasonably close to the national museum, and walkable (if you can stand the heat) to the Royal Palace, the genocide museum Tuol Sleng, and several temples. The back side is on a nice quiet little street, and I didn’t have trouble with traffic noise.

Located on the main road, about 30-40 mins taxi from the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Have its own restaurant onsite or at least connected to the hotel with really good reviews and good tasting food. Breakfast was ok, a bit small, and simple. If you like coffee, there’s a coffee shop right across from the restaurant.

It is an average hotel. Is comfortable. Good location but too crowded if you are looking for a better view when you go out. Is not a tourist area. Is a transition hotel. People were very nice and reasonable stay for what I needed (my travel was business related)
