We had a wonderful stay at the Palace Gate. The staff was so welcoming and kind. We were specifically appreciative of the service of Ms. Nob Kakada in the restaurant. She went above and beyond, even asking the restaurant chef for a Cambodian recipe we love.

Everything was good , but the exceptional part was that hotel staff would always come outside when I would get a Tuk Tuk cab to make sure those predatory drivers didn’t try to gouge me on a fare. I was very impressed with the care in which they watch over their guests .

The Palace Gate staff are second to none. Very friendly and helpful. I always stay in the older part of the hotel as the rooms are very large and airy. The breakfast buffet and a la carte menus do not disappoint! Home away from home.

Amazing pool & location. Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated in Khmer style. Hotel is a little dated bht has charm.. Staff is very professional. Prices are steep for Phnom Penh but overall a great value experience. × I would come again.
