Entire residential home with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! This home features plunge pool (not heated), hot tub, fire pit, & outdoor faux grass area for pets! Fast wifi, full kitchen, & a patio seating area! Bring your friends, family, & pets—all are welcome! Close to Spring Training, golf courses, ice cream shops, farmers markets, Arrowhead shopping, & more! Park with basketball court across the street, elementary/middle/high school within walking distance, & dog parks within minutes drive!

One master bedroom (queen bed) with attached bathroom that has a shower as well as a bathtub. Two additional bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with full) are both able to access the second bathroom with a shower through a shared hallway. TVs are located in the living room, the master bedroom, and both guest bedrooms that you can access any of your streaming services. The third bedroom has a desk/workspace available. As needed, the living room has about a twin-size futon, and there is an air mattress and hand pump in the closet for additional sleeping space.

Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.

Grass area in the backyard is for pets—please pick up after your pets.

Comfy & Clean Family Home
Property was the perfect size for our family of five and had all of the comforts of home. Neighborhood is safe and quiet on the north end of the city. We were a little worried about the location prior but had no concerns once we arrived. The property is very well maintained and super clean. The hot tub was awesome and the living space was very comfortable. Thanks for providing us a wonderful home away from home!

Travel for Son's Wedding
This property was a wonderful rental property. Would definitely stay there again. Everything was clean and the property was spacious with a nice backyard perfect for visiting with family. We highly recommend this property. The only recommendations we have are minor: Needs a fire poker for fire pit, Needs new ironing board pad/cover (we had difficulty ironing our wedding clothes). Like I said, very minor and these things would definitely not keep us from renting this property again. Thank you so much! 5 Stars all the way!

Amazing house
From before actually booking, communication with the property owner was fast and she gave me great recommendations for golfing, spas, dining and shopping within the area. Check in was easy and quick and the house was immaculate!!! Beautiful outdoor area that we unfortunately didnt get to use but it was still beautiful! Would definitely recommend for your next trip to Glendale !

The house was nice and clean and the location was nice and quiet. We had a wonderful time in the Jacuzzi and burning the firepit. Pool water was to cold due to the time of the year. This host thought of everything you could possibly need during stay in her beautiful home.

the house was comfortable. The pool is somewhat small and the vacuum hose is anoyingly in the way. There were no directions for the television and no major or cable channels. it would be helpful if the owner create a notebook about rules and directions for ceiling fans and TV. New towels and wash clothes for the bathroom would be nice.

Our d group travels frequently for work and this was one of our best stays. The house was very nice and comfortable. Everything we needed abc more to relax before and after work. Perfect Location
This property worked out great for our family stay in AZ. It's close to the bypass around the north end of the city to get get to any of the spring training facilities easily, and near Hwy 17 to get downtown or Sky Harbor quickly. Nicely furnished with a comfortable backyard. It's a quiet neighborhood with groceries, restaurants, and stores nearby. We'd surely stay there again.

Excellent Glendale home
We were in town for the auto auction and the home was a great home base. Conveniently located to many different opportunities and easy to get in and out of. The house was clean, well equipped and the hot tub worked! (we've found that to be increasingly rare). If I had to pick a drawback its that the pool was much too cold to use in January but we figured it was more of a summertime amenity anyway.
