Your Home Away from Home with Something for Everyone

This house was designed for vacationers! For us, that was the whole point. We got tired of sleeping in cramped, overpriced hotels or on friends' air mattresses every time we came to visit Arizona. We wanted space and privacy. We wanted a heated pool and spa! And so for those reasons we purchased this home in a safe, quiet neighborhood then custom designed and remodeled it specifically with vacation in mind. It's all about the experience right? So we designed a clutter-free, wide open floor plan with a little something for everyone. Table games for excitement, a gigantic television with premium sound for movies and sports, a plush reclining couch for relaxation after long days, a play pool, a hot tub, yard games, family games, old school video games, etc.!! We even built a lounging deck for that great Arizona sunshine. And at night, the back yard and pool are beautifully lit to accent our dessert flora for a truly immersive and relaxing Sonoran experience under the stars.

This home is independently owned and operated so we will be responsive and attentive to your needs. We strive for 5-star experiences so if there is anything we can do to enhance your trip let us know. And if you have a great time feel free to leave us a signed wine cork for our collection ;-)

Absolute Gem!
This property deserves all stars for being clean, stocked with all essentials, close to so many activities and versatile. Most important the owners AND property manager went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. They were responsive, helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to the Phoenix area!

The house was excellent and was exactly as advertised. The guys really enjoyed the foosball, many competitions until a winner was declared. It was easy getting around from the location, which was nice. Our one and only complaint was the number of light switches that turned on nothing, and trying to figure out which switch turned on what lights. There were a couple of lights we never did figure out how to turn on. A couple of switches were labeled for outdoor things, it would be nice to have all the switches labeled as to which one turned on what. Had to use our phones for light to figure out the lighting in the bedrooms. Master bedroom's lights are hidden behind the open door to the room. Very odd. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay for Barrett Jackson event at West World
5 stars hands down!!! This location was perfect all the way around! It was close to the venue, restaurants, shopping, hiking and pickleball! When we were not out and about we enjoyed the beautiful backyard swimming, relaxing and playing games! The house was very clean and stocked! There was nothing bad about this house and trip! Wendy and her family were amazing responding to my questions which came up and the owners are very attentive to all my questions prior to the trip!

This property and neighborhood is very nice and in a great location. The house was clean and well maintained and communication with the property managers was excellent. Our only recommendation would be to install some mattress pads on the beds for more comfort when sleeping. Overall 5 star for this property. Thank you

We had a great trip with friends. The games were a fun addition and the pool and grill area was perfect for our size group. We had a small issue with the outlets and the property manager responded and came to fix it right away. There was a lot close by- shopping and entertainment. Great find!

Excellent Stay in Scottsdale
As part of our trip to Arizona (June 2024) we spent a full week in Scottsdale. I travelled with my family (my wife, 2 kids and in-laws). We stayed at Chris and Melanie's property for the full duration (7 nights). Everything was perfect. We were all super comfortable in the house. The house is well equipped. The beds, water pressure/temperature, air condition, and cleanliness were a 10/10 for me. The location is excellent, quiet, nice neighborhood. Everything is close: restaurants, groceries, Starbucks, etc. Moving around the Scottsdale area was quick and easy. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Perfect Scottsdale Stay!
We had a great time in Scottsdale watching our son in the PAC 12 tournament. This house was perfect for our family with a huge comfy sectional, giant tv, 3 bedrooms with large beds, TV’s in two of the bedrooms, towels for the pool, and plenty of bath towels and essentials in all 3 bathrooms. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located, communication from owners was excellent. We were able to bbq, hang out at the pool and go out in the evening with section Scottsdale a 10 min drive away. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely home
This is a lovely home. The kitchen and bath counters are new and very nice. The family room has a large sectional that is very comfortable with a large TV that is great after a long day. Beds are comfortable and house is spacious. The sliding door, to the pool area, is a bit challenging but works once you figure it out. The pool is sparkling clean and super nice. The location is wonderful, lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Games in the front room of the house would be plus for younger folks as well.

Perfect Business Retreat
Myself and two colleagues stayed in this beautiful home to watch a business seminar on the TV for two days. The home had everything we needed for that purpose. It had roomy bedrooms with comfy beds, sheets and pillows. The large sofa and tv made our viewing needs easy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. We especially enjoyed the back patio for our breakfasts. We would absolutely stay here again. For nearby restaurants, we enjoyed Sophia's Kitchen and the Jalapeno Inferno.

3 weeks March to April 6th, 2024
We rented this beautiful home for 3 weeks in March 2024 thru April 6th. My wife and I spent a week alone on each end of the 3 weeks and had our family fly in to spend the week in the middle with us. It was great! The home was very clean with ample towels. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and there was plenty of places near for groceries and “refreshments”. The hosts Chris and Melanie were very responsive. We inquired about a slow cooker for our stay and they said they did not have one, but that they would have one delivered if we needed it. Since we drove down from Minneapolis, we brought our own. The pool in particular was awesome for our 7 and 4 year old grandchildren. Only being 5’ deep at the center, they could splash around and we knew they couldn’t get in much trouble. We used the spa every late afternoon and it was also very nice. The sleeping arraignments were perfect as well. Each child had their own bed and the adults did not complain about theirs either. Wendy the property manager was also very responsive. We had a handle on the auto-close pool door brake and within a few hours it was repaired. Overall this was a great experience for all.

We stayed here for a week during spring training. We had both family and friends for a total of eight period. The house was a great option for this number of people. Check in process was super simple and the property manager was responsive. The house is well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
