Magnificent estate. Best of a kind.
You can't look for luxury better than this mansion. It gets the wow sound from whoever enter the house and see it for the first time. Everything is upscale. Backyard with amenities is more than enough for a group of twenties to have activities at the same time. However, there are some areas that need to improve. Hot-tub is not working, built in coffee machine is not working and putting Folger's coffee ground instead, old, and tasteless. in addition to Keurig packs, not even enough for five cups. Sound system is confusing and no instructions to set it up. It says rooms for twenty two people. To discover when we arrive that two rooms are opened with each others and share one bathroom. there is no privacy whatsoever. This family has left at the same day for arrival and get into the hotel. Plan for that accordingly. Firsts are not working, outside kitchen side burners are not working. The grill is working 3 out of 4 sections. Very strict to the time of check in and out. They charge $200 extra per hour if you need to do that. Their third party app is primitive and the response from there team put down the beauty of this place. Despite all of that we enjoyed our stay. We will do it again, if times allow. I was getting all my friends and some family members to attend the wedding of my son. It's a good memory that will stay with us for long. Thank you.

A clean property in a desirable location. Plenty of space. We had a group of seven male golfers in our fifties, and we all enjoyed sleeping in our own bedroom. The pool was great, but didn’t seem to be heated as charged. The hot tub only had one jet, a problem that seemingly has been going on for some time based on our conversation with the pool guy. The kitchen only had plastic spatulas, which was ok since the grill did not work properly - only one burner lit fully, some not at all, others halfway. A predicament for guys who like to grill out after a round of golf. Hence, we had to cook in kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. The dishwashers had to be run twice for every load. Lastly, one of us was sitting in a swivel lounge chair on the patio and broke/collapsed while he was sitting in it. Luckily, he escaped injury. All in all, it’s a spacious place in a great location that needs some attention to the details. If the grill had worked and the chair had not broken, we would have been a bit kinder in our review.

Excellent getaway
we are a group of 20 friends from all over ages 50+. we get together every March for Spring training and golf. excellent location to get to everywhere in the area. house was just as the listing had it. we had plenty of room in this spacious house. The backyard courtyard was everything we could want and more. I look forward to reserving this house for next year's trip.

lots of space for everyone - but also great gathering spaces for large family meals. Every outdoor game imaginable so the kids were happy 24/7...pool was heated as requested, hot tub was hot...everything was perfect! Lots of towels, lots of plates, silverware, glasses, etc. If we return to Phoenix area, your homes will be our first choice!

A relaxing retreat
We are a group of 7 mature business owners who were holding our 27th annual retreat. Everyone agreed this was the best property we have rented. Large, comfortable, great kitchen, comfortable rooms. There were a couple of minor technology/maintenance issues but nothing that would detract us from staying here again.

Overall, this was a nice place. On arrival the pool was cloudy, but they did send someone out the next day to resolve the issue. The management worked with us and reimbursed us for the time lost. Overall, a good place to stay and am happy that the team worked with us.

Very nice property. Very quiet. Good amenities. Unfortunately several times in kitchen need repair.
Good, but maintenance needs to be addressed. Ice maker, only 1 of 3 functional. Several fans did not function. Only 1 frig cooled as it should. Used one for beverages only. Yard needs to be spruced up. We had to repeatedly clean out the pool cleaner. Was not emptied prior to our arrival. Pool lights and sound system “ disabled”- ie not maintained?
